You can only contact Wotif by email or chat. Waiting time ok compared to banks and internet providers but the chat itself was disruptive. I had to upload proof of the double dipping to my bank account and the chat upload wouldn't accept the upload despite being around 186k. Very frustrating to the chat agent and myself. ...
