“Eine perfekte Villa mit viel Platz und toller Umgebung in der Natur. Alles in sehr guter und erreichbarer Nähe. Zu Fuss nur 100 Meter zum Strand. Ein super toller Vermieter und sehr zuvorkommend. Er hatte uns bei der Ankunft bereits alles eingekauft für das Frühstück am nächsten Tag. Er brachte und am nächsten Tag 2 riesen Melonen, die besten die wir je gegessen haben. “The location of the villa was fantastic , the beach was just steps away. The villa was part of a small complex, the instructions for arrival were clear and we had no issues. The villa was clean, we didn't use the pool as it was too cold but we did sit around the pool, the area was clean and furniture in good order. Inside the villa it is a little tired and would benefit from some upgrades. Overall we enjoyed our stay.”

“Lovely house and in a beautiful location. The views are stunning and there is everything you could wish for available. The owner is brilliant and was extremely informative. “We stayed at Villa Xenios for a week in July and had a lovely time. The outside facilities are fantastic and the house very spacious. All in all we don't have much to fault but one big negative was that there were no basics provided, such as salt, olive oil, dishwashing soap, etc. We had to buy everything and it put us off from cooking there ourselves. “We really enjoyed our girls trip to this villa. The location meant that we swam in the sea early every morning which was lovely. The pool is gorgeous. The owner was very pleasant and available when we needed him. A Very well equipped Villa the only negative was the bath towels which were extremely scratchy and dry but very good for exfoliation. If you like a soft absorbent towel bring your own. We bought beach towels from the supermarket which was a help. Would definitely recommend this Villa”
