Perfecto para un par de noches
Eramos 4 y la verdad que para pasar dos noches estaba muy bien en cuanto a calidad-precio. Queríamos un fin de semana diferente en la montaña y nos encantó el lugar. Si es para una estancia más larga, mejor ir sólo dos personas.

Hier in top Lage der Wohnung!
Die Lage der Wohnung war super, aber man könnte mal ein bisschen was in die Renovierung investieren. Alles doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen und daher natürlich keine top Bewertung.

Visiting family
Very good location, clean and all basics provided, however the plates and cups could do with replacing, as a lot of them are chipped and not matching. I arrived late, in the dark, and luckily my son lives in the apartment block next door so he got the key for me from the hausmeister. There is no obvious hausmeister office outside, he lives inside the block, so you would need to know which number he is in to press the buzzer for entry, and that was not provided. Also, no towels or tea towels are provided, which is quite inconvenient when travelling on a budget airline with only 10kg baggage allowance! The buses run from the road j ust outside the apartment, to the ski lifts and to Zell am See, and Kaprun centre is just down the road, about 500m, wbere you can find restaurants and shops. The Billa supermarket is just 2 minutes walk away. The apartment was also a nice warm temperature.

Facile e confortevole
Appartamento come decritto, semplice ma confortevole e pulito. Ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare la zona e i dintorni (consigliamo Zell am See, Kitzbuhel e Salzburg). Ottimo prezzo. Comunicazione con la proprietà e check-in facili e cordiali. Ci ripromettiamo di tornare in inverno. Thanks Stephen & Sylvia!

Vacating at the feet of the Alps
Our stay was comfortable, we only lacked a mop and a grater. Otherwise the apartment is very well equipped and the furniture is great and comfortable. The Hausmeister was sweet and helping. This apartment is for the ones whom came to Austria to explore it, not for the ones sitting inside their hotel all day.

The only way to describe this is just by saying "livable". Overall, for the money they ask for this is not worth it; the space is awkwardly shared with three beds taking over the single dining/sleeping area. The kitchen is very small, barely being able to fit 2 people in it and it was missing some basing utensils to cook with, like a whisk and big spoons, etc. The kitchen has a microwave but not an oven, just an induction hob. There is no wifi, apparently the owner refuses to pay for it. The bathroom is okay, quite spacious - bigger than the kitchen.When we came, the cleanliness was good however we weren't given the tools to keep the cleaness ourselves. The entrance description is incorrect because we struggled to find it, and when we called help the person on the other line sounded utterly confused and disoriented, as if he never saw it himself. "People say there's a sign on the door", is the only thing he was able to tell us. The beds were comfy, with soft mattresses and the apartments are located above a restaurant with really friendly staff. The neighbours were lovely too. Most of the time it was quite quiet, but as it is located by the road, at times there were some big noises, and the room is warm with proper, working heating. There's a decent balcony with a drying rack.

The property was as advertised. A small flat with a functional kitchen and walking distance to everything. There was nothing fancy, but everything worked and it has a great balcony too.

schoon maar erg gedateerd
Het appartement was schoon maar heel erg gedateerd. Het is boven een restaurant en een coffeshop waar vanaf 17.00 uur tot aan ongeveer 1.30 uur auto,s af en aanrijden om te gaan eten bestellingen ophalen. Bij de coffeshop werd ook gebruik gemaakt van een waterpijp helaas net onder ons balkon. De meubels zijn ook niet zoals op de foto. De bank was gewoon oud en doorgezakt en eetkamer stoelen waren van leer met hier en daar stuk. de kasten sloten niet goed. In de keuken misten we een deurgreep. Het was wel heel erg schoon. De huismeester was ook elke dag aan het schoon maken. We weten dat je voor deze prijs niet veel kan verwachten maar dit viel echt tegen.

Preiswert und gut
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Die helle Ferienwohnung mit Balkon befindet sich in zentraler Lage, nur wenige Fußminuten zum Signund Thun Klamm ( eindrucksvolle Wasserfälle!) Zell am See und die umliegende Bergwelt in wenigen Autominuten Entfernung hat unser Herz sehr berührt. Die Ferienwohnung war sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Eine der wenigen Ferienwohnungen für die man nicht tief ins Portemonnaie greifen muss, um mit der kleinen Familie einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Wohnung ist allerdings zentral gelegen, wer die Einsamkeit oder auch Luxus sucht, ist hier nicht richtig. Wir sind jedoch wegen der Natur gekommen und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Die Badewanne trägt zur Entspannung am Abend bei! Der Hausmeister ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Praktisch ist zudem, dass man Restaurants und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fußläufiger Entfernung vorfindet. Unter der Wohnung im selben Haus, befindet sich eine Pizzeria, welche auch arabische Speisen anbietet und auch am Abend gut besucht wird.

Net en schoon appartement en goede/prijs kwaliteit verhoudingen. Eigenaren hebben onlangs nieuwe verwarming opgehangen en het koffiezetapparaat vervangen door een Nespresso apparaat voor pads.
