The best bay in Ko Olina
The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are on the Honu Lagoon, the best of the 4 lagoons in Ko Olina. To the north, the Disney resort is as crowded and packed with screaming children as you'd imagine, compounded by having to share their lagoon with the Four Seasons. To the south, the Marriott manages to fill an entire lagoon on their own. Honu Lagoon, by contrast, is idyllic with plenty of chairs and umbrellas and clamshell cabana beds that are only pulled out and placed on the beach when rented leaving loads of space to stretch out and enjoy the seaside. One beach bar at the resort is sufficient in spite of management understaffing. Live music serenades the sunsets. We never felt over-crowded, except when we ventured to the other resorts. The condo had plenty of space for our family of 3 adult couples (six in total), although the two sharing the twin beds that were turned into a king complained about it being slightly less comfortable than a proper king bed. The kitchen was sufficiently well stocked to prepare our Thanksgiving feast. My favourite thing about the condo was how the living room opened right onto the lanai with patio doors that disappear into the walls. The pool and ocean are down a quick flight of stairs just outside the front door, but you can toss errant pool balls back into the water from the lanai. Ko Olani has the convenience of proximity to Honolulu without feeling like you're stuck in the city, and there's a lovely shopping area within walking distance. Loved it!

Wonderful stay
We recently stayed at this beautiful condo for our twin 4-year-old's birthday, and it exceeded all of our expectations. The view from the property was stunning, and the pool(s) was perfect for our little ones to splash around in and enjoy. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We also loved the location—it was convenient to nearby attractions and beaches. Honu Lagoon was a few short steps away and amazing for our twins to float around in and build sand castles at the beach. My elderly parents also accompanied us and the 2nd bedroom with the walk-in shower was helpful! The property was family-friendly, and our kiddos had an amazing time. The outdoor space was great for relaxing, and the entire experience felt like a dream vacation. We truly had a wonderful time here and would definitely stay again for future trips to Hawaii. Highly recommend for families with young kids and older adults!

Perfect place for a family vacation
I can't say enough about how perfect this 3 bedroom villa was for our family vacation. We were a group of 6 with ages ranging from 16-62. There was plenty of room for all of us. The villa was very clean and well-equipped with little niceties like shampoo, soap, and tons of towels. The lanai is beautiful and so relaxing. The pool and beaches on the property were never crowded and very clean. The condo has beach toys and beach chairs included. We loved the little bar on the water that also serves snacks and some pre-prepared food. One thing to mention- this is a family resort and "quiet time" starts at 9pm sharp. They're not fooling around with this. If you plan on staying up late partying, you need to go offsite. Luckily there are several bars and restaurants within walking distance. Also, the assigned parking space in the underground garage is between 4 support pillars and getting into the space is very tight and required some maneuvering. We rented a minivan and were thankful we didn't get the full-sized SUV we were considering.

Beach Holiday
Great spot for a family holiday. It has everything a family would need for Hawaiian vacation. The outdoor lanai can get noisy from the kids playing in the pool. The lanai is a great spot for a morning coffee and is sunny all day. We’ve stayed in the same unit for 2 years.

Great location, beautiful property
We have stayed in the Ko Olina Beach Villas 3 times now. We love the location. The pools are great, and the beach is lovely. We enjoy the lagoons as the ocean is calm. We love the walking trail that goes along the beach and walked it every morning and evening. This is the first time we stayed in this unit. It's a second floor until with a great view of the pool. It had everything we needed. It's nice having ensuites for all the bedrooms. Chris was a pleasure to deal with.

1st time Oahu vacation
Perfect for our family (mom, dad, daughter & husband, son & fiance, granddaughter). Condo-Villa had enough room with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large lanai, and unit was close to pools and beach. We would definitely go again.

Excellent property on a beautiful beach.
Plenty of space and everything you need for a great vacation. Comfortable beds. Nice access to the pool and beach. Nice gym. Very well taken care of property and very clean. Giant TVs. Snorkeling gear for four. Easy parking. The lagoons are beautiful. We saw plenty of fish and a turtle. Beautiful sunsets at night. We highly recommend this property!

Outstanding vacation property
The condo and surrounding grounds were beautiful. Excellent landscaping. Interesting pool with lounge areas, a bridge, a zero entry area with river rock and two hot tubs. The beach was outstanding with a safe, lovely lagoon. We walked every morning and the sidewalks run along the beach and road area. It’s pleasant and safe with lots of space to wander. The kitchen was well appointed and well organized. The condo was good sized. We had two teens, grandparents, and us and didn’t feel like we were tripping over one another. Highly recommended.

Best choice for multiple families
We chose the condo for the 3 bedrooms. Having a full functioning kitchen, 3 bathrooms and washer/dryer was amazing! The grounds are pristine, the hot tub was so hot—it was amazing and you’re so close to the ocean! The bays are calm for young kids; we saw plenty of fish snorkeling and even a turtle in our bay! We dined at Aulani and Marriott, both were a close walk. There’s no restaurant on property but the bar with snacks was sufficient. After walking to Aulani and Marriott we were grateful to be staying at the condo. Both of the bigger hotels were so busy and difficult to keep track of children with the layout. Parents can easily relax at the condo pool and see the kids from the hot tub or lounge chairs, plus the pool is only 3.5ft deep so most 5 year olds or older can stand. We’re already planning our next trip!

Perfect Ko Olina location for families with small kids
We visited with three sets of adults and a 13 month old. The location was perfect - only one flight of stairs and close to the pool for easy access to/from for nap times. You can see a sliver of the ocean from the lanai and the beach is almost as close as the pool. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed - pack n' play, high chair, cooler (for drinks and food by the pool/beach), beach towels, beach toys, hairdryers in each bathroom, blackout curtains in the bedrooms, and lots kitchen utensils and equipment. Communication with the host was seamless and quick, helping to answer all of our questions. We'll definitely be staying here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to visit Ko Olina; especially those with kids.

Beautiful Family Time
We had such a beautiful time at this condo! Set up perfectly for Grandparents, Mom & Dad and 2 kids. The Condo is spacious & well appointed. The view so beautiful. The cove was a plus for small swimmers. The Lagoon pool so fun for the kids. We would definitely return.

Love this place.
This is our second time staying at this KoOlina beach villa and we love it. We stayed with our two adult sons their wives and two infant grandchildren. It was a joy! Lots of room with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom. The indoor/outdoor living is wonderful and the kitchen is well stocked. The owners Chris and Greg are wonderful to work with. We will definitely stay again.

Great for all ages
The condo was perfect for kids, teen, parents and grandparents. Look out for the bin on the patio, it's full of sand toys, boogie boards, flippers and more. There was also a blow up bed, allowing us to put the three kids in the twin room. This left the sofa bed empty which was great for night owls and early risers to hang out. Water in the lagoons was very safe for our little ones. We spotted a sea turtle, squid and many tropical fish in the lagoon!

Beautiful location
This is a beautiful location and property. The unit worked well for our group of 5 adults. Each couple and 1 single had their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nicely furnished. Their were only 2 things that weren't ideal: the air conditioning is a heat pump that seemed to run constantly, which is ok except one unit was in the primary bedroom and it was rather noisy. It didn't bother my husband but kept me from getting a good night sleep. The other item is that the pillows in the primary need to be replaced. Luckily there were extras in one of the other bedrooms that we were able to use. Overall we were very happy with the rental.

Christmas stay
We had a great time at this property. Very spacious for all our family. The kitchen was well equipped, bathroom supplies were appreciated too. Great to overlook the pool if you have children. Quiet. Great walking paths around the property. We would stay again.
