So WOW
We had a wonderful stay at this fantastic property! Such luxury. The pools, beaches, beach walking path, and short walk to restaurants were beautiful and safe. The property was quiet, not like the crazy traffic, parking, sirens, and crowds that you find in waikiki. The Beach Villas were not busy - we never shared an elevator with anyone. The unit was spacious, quiet, and secure. It was perfect for our needs. The unit was clean and supplied with all the kitchen and beach items that we needed. Having 3 bathrooms and 2 parking spots was very useful. The parking spots in the secure underground lot are small, so be sure that at least one of your vehicles is small. We loved our stay so much.

Ko’Olina 304
Ko’Olina is a beautiful property! The condo had everything you could possibly need! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for preparing meals. View is as advertised. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed everything! A few minor glitches with washer and dryer which couldn’t be fixed and a glitch with the air conditioning which was serviced immediately. Carpets were a little stained but I’m sure with as many people that come through this is to be expected. All in all this is a beautiful condo and we would not hesitate to stay here again! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful.

The perfect holiday
This was just the perfect holiday location. Our room had great views into th garden and out to the ocean, we were grateful for the evening sun and the sunset. We loved the complex and all the staff were excellent. Feeding the fish was a totally fun experience for the whole family, the pools were incredible, the bbqs fun for all and the gym was well fitted out. The condo itself was well set up and easy to use. We loved having the flexibilty to eat on the deck or inside. It's a short walk to the abc and lots of restaurants. We really loved our lagoon and appreciated how quiet it was compared to the others. I hope we are able to come again, it is really the perfect place for a holiday.

Excellent!!
We were so pleased with this property! It was everything that is advertised. Our family had a wonderful time! Each of the 3 bedrooms has it's own private bathroom which was so nice. The spacious kitchen/living area was so comfortable for a family dinner. We were happy that our grandparents who were staying next door at Marriott were allowed to come over and park to have dinner with us. We were pleased that it had all the beach towels, toys, boogie boards & snorkel gear available for use. It also had sufficient washing machine & dishwasher soap available. I had tried to call the management prior to this trip to ask about these amenities but was unable to find anyone that knew. During this trip, we also stayed next door at Aulani. Both are similarly high priced. We found this room at the Beach Villas to be superior. This condo was more spacious and in a quiet location with a great ocean view. We REALLY appreciated the 2 free parking spaces! The outdoor area at Aulani is superior, and of course, Aulani is a lot more kid-friendly overall. Parking at Aulani is now $40/night. Thanks for a great visit! We would definitely return again but it will take years to save enough money :)

The location of this unit is beautiful! It faces the public parking lot for lagoon 2 but the spacious lanai affords generous views of the lagoon. Very comfortable for two families and our toddlers. Management was very accommodating, highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for our group. Great condo for 6 adults, great everything: beaches, lagoon swimming, paved walking path, communication with host. Couldn't be better, we plan to return next year.

Perfect for our family vacation
Our group consisted of 2 families (4 adults 3 toddlers) and it was perfect! The unit was clean and had all the needed amenities. The pool was great and the nearby lagoon was so convenient. It was smaller than some of the other lagoons, but way less crowded. I would highly recommend this place for your next trip to Oahu!

Beautiful property, especially for families with young kids
We stayed at this property five adults and one child. It was perfect because there were three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and for the price it's an incredible deal. The Lanai was fantastic, we were pretty much out there all the time. Also appreciated that the lagoon was pretty empty, especially compared to the Marriott and Disney ones on either side, and that because of the man-made lagoon the water was very calm and I didn't have to worry about my 3-year-old getting knocked down by waves. And the unit came with plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kid, so it was nice to have those things to take down. The lagoon pool was also really nice, shallow and included a zero depth sand pool. There were other families there so he had kids to play with, but did not at any point feel overcrowded. Definitely recommend this for families with young kids!

Great - Love Ko Olina!
Ko Olina and these beach villas are the best to stay for families, especially with small kiddos. Full kitchen, 3 full beds and 3 full bathrooms made us all be able to stay together without feeling crammed. Condo was beautiful, views were gorgeous and ease around property and closeness to beach and pool was fantastic. In unit, there were beach chairs, toddler play toys and towels to use, and the full kitchen allowed us to make and enjoy many meals on the patio. This was not our first stay at Ko Olina Beach Villas and won't be our last. Gorgeous weather as well! Nothing bad to say.

Great place for Families
We had an amazing Stay for the week we were in Hawaii. It was My husband, Myself and our 3 kids. The Check in process was easy and the property Management were all Extremely Welcoming. My kids loved the Pool area and Feeding the Koi in the pond everyday. The Beach access was also so convenient. The location of the Property was great and away from the big City. There were Restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The Rooms were great and the beds were comfortable, The Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, The washer and dryer in the unit made it so convenient to do laundry. And of course The Views were the best part! We chose the Villas over staying next door at Disney and have zero regrets. I highly recommend a stay here.

You get what you pay for.
I consider this condo to be quite expensive. That being said, we found the unit very comfortable and exactly as described. Given the location, amenities and facilities the place is very likely worth what we paid, but still.... The place is lovely, with a nice view and quiet. The wi-fi worked just fine. The facilities are clean and attractive. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything worked including the washer and dryer. I do wish there was more to watch than basic cable; Netflix, Amazon, HBO or on-demand movies would have been a real plus. Still, if you are a traveling as a family this place is a great choice.

Great week in paradise for my family group of 7!
I realized finding a place for 7 adults was going to be difficult, but this place really did the job for us! The morning view from the balcony/patio of the lagoon to the left, the mountains to the right, and the garden below were just very refreshing. The double wide doors that opened up the balcony to the entire kitchen/living room were a great feature, extending that living space into the outdoors is just such an asset for this property. The "7th" person slept on a pull out couch that had an air mattress on a set of springgd coils underneath...once we figured it out, it was all good! Lol! The amenities were great, the pools and public spaces are absolutely beautiful. The semi-private lagoon was wonderful to lay on the beach or grass, and the "Secret Lagoon" was within walking distance where we saw a ton of sea life including a couple sea turtles. We would rent this unit again, we enjoyed being away from the crowds of downtown Honolulu, and the drives are really short to wherever you're going anyway. The owners really have a lovely place here, thanks so much for a great week!

Amazing sunset views!
Stayed at Ko Olina before and always great! This room had the best view of sunset we could ask for right off the balcony! There were chairs, snorkeling gear, and boogie boards in closet for our use. Definitely returning ASAP!

Great property! Well maintained and centrally located. Beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. Not ocean front but close as you can get to ocean front views. Very clean unit with lots of extras like beach chairs, snorkel gear and boogie boards and more! Highly recommend this unit!

(Large) Family vacation and Great high end condo
this was a great condo. the grounds and the condo were nicer than i anticipated. I have had rentals that are not as nice as they look in photos and this was not the case. The kitchen was amazing with high end appliances. The three bedrooms were well separated to allow for the space for 4 teens/young adults. We made eggs and pancakes each morning and often ate lunch at the condo or even grilled out at the Poolside BBQs, which are very nice and well maintained. the only thing missing in the kitchen was a spatula, but that shows that if that is the low point, we had a great stay. besides, i taught my kids some creativity. the lagoon was excellent. the snorkeling was better than i expected. we saw lion fish, crab, eel, turtle, and the standard reef fish. my wife attended a meeting at the four seasons so it was an easy walk and the condo allowed for more affordable accommodations for a family of five kids. we got a daily run in each day a found loop to make a nice 3.5 mile run. our daughter lives nearby so we learned that the local grocery stores do great carryout dinners. so poolside I grilled kabobs one night and burgers another while doing carry out sushi another. Restaurants are busy and expensive so this was easy and effective. the overall condo vibe was classy and family oriented. no loud partying but still festive and fun. i will be back.

Perfect for families
Check in process was easy. Gave a call to contact person when we picked up our rental car and headed towards Ko Olina. We checked in at the front and showed our safe travel qr codes and then received the cards to the room. A host met us at the front desk and directed us where to park and helped us get all of our bags to our room. She gave us an overview of the property and the rules. Each room having its own bathroom was a definitely plus. The nice view with the accesibility to calm lagoon was the definitely draw. This property gets all the check boxes for a nice relaxing family vacation. Beach towels and beach toys and chairs were available in the condo. My only tip is that you need a car to stay in this area. There is a shopping center but it can be quite a walk if it's really hot out.

We had an absolutely wonderful time in Ko Olina! The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and we were able to sit out on the lanai every morning with coffee and enjoy it! I did have a few problems communicating with the rental agency. I asked twice prior to our arrival to have the twin beds converted to a king bed and was told it was taken care of but when we arrived it had not been done. Also, I sent an email asking if there were beach towels in the condo and was told no, when in fact there were beach towels (this info should be included in the description of the condo). I would like to suggest that the living room couch definitely needs replacing. It feels like you are sitting directly on springs, no cushion at all! I surely can not imagine any adult using it as a possible bed. All in all we had a wonderful time at Ko Olina Beach and the resort itself is beautiful and definitely worth visiting!
