Perfect family location
We had a very memorable and relaxing 8 night stay here. Eli is such a great host and we found everything to be perfect for our family of four. The place is well supplied and kitchen makes it easy to prep some meals. There’s a blender, rice cooker, toaster. It’s all been thought of. Our favorite was lounging in the lanai and feeling the breeze. My kids loved the pools and the beach lagoons are just a quick 5-10 minute walk away. Thank you Eli for being super helpful and checking in with us before our trip!

Beautiful stay
This condo was perfect for our family vacation. Near plenty of convienent stores and great restaurants. Great kitchen with all the items to cook with. The stay has all the beach essentials such as chairs, coolers, wagon and beach toys! Short walk to a beautiful calm cove, great for anyone of any age!!! I Will definitely be coming to the beach villas again.

Fabulous- celebrating family together again!
The property was just as described but words can’t begin to describe how perfect this place was for our family. We took advantage of all the conveniences the property had to offer including the beach gear the pool the hot tubs the walking paths the near by restaurants and shopping options. The fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds. The property staff were very helpful for questions and recommendations. Eli also called to make sure all was in order for us. Will come back again

Rad Villa
Property was perfect for our family vacation and communication with owner was seamless. We recently spent eight nights at this property, and it was amazing! Beautiful location, with plenty to do, and enough nearby restaurants to choose from walking distance from the property. The unit itself was clean, spacious, and exactly as represented in the description, and the owner was friendly and helpful. Overall, an awesome experience! Exceeded expectations! Will use again on our future vacations.

Magical Vacation - Relaxation, Rejuvenation
My husband, son and I stayed at the Beach Villas at Ko'Olina for 9 nights/10 days and we were loving every minute of our stay. The condo was clean and well equipped with everything a family would need (beach wagon, beach chairs, camp chairs, cooler, etc.). We loved having the lagoon right outside the beach villas as well as two beautiful pools on the property. We loved our stay and can't wait to get back to the condo!

AMAZING Stay!
Ko Olina Beach Villas is the perfect spot. 3 minutes from Starbucks, 10 minutes from craft coffee, Target and Costco, 30 Minutes from Honolulu, 45 minutes to North Shore. It's quiet but family friendly, and a pleasant stroll along the water to any number of excellent restaurants at Marriot and Four Seasons. The unit was impeccable, and way more than we expected. The tiniest details have been considered, down to chopsticks and corkscrews, as well as a full complement of beach accessories. Eli was a great host - we received a personal phone call before our trip to make sure we had everything we needed, and the Beach Villas staff were beyond amazing as well. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful unit in a great location.
Wow this place is nice! My whole family was comfortable in the condo, everything was nice, clean, and well-kept. The lagoon was perfect for my kids to play in along with the pools. The surrounding area is great to walk to with a little store and shops. This was perfect for our family! Oh and the deck, we spent a lot of time out there eating and relaxing.

Awesome Villa and Location

Winter get away
Needed to get away from snow & cold so headed to Oahu. This is our third trip to Ko Olina & our second stay in the villas. It’s a wonderful location, quiet but close to activities. This villa was great! Loved the floor plan, one bedroom & one bath on each side of the main living area so you have privacy when staying with another couple. The unit has a well equipped kitchen, lots of towels and everything you need plus more for the beach. The owner checked in on us shortly after arrival and solved our only item (a bit too warm in the master bedroom for sleeping). Wonderful vacation - will try to stay in this villa if we make it back in the future.

This property was exceptionally clean and neat. It has all the amenities you could need. We really enjoyed the large selection of beach chairs and gear that were available! You can’t do better on Oahu!!!!
What a great stay!!! From the second we booked this was the perfect choice. Eli is the gold standard of hosts. He made it feel like we had our own personal concierge for the trip. We were provided with all the information we needed about the unit and Ko Olina before we ever left. Once we arrived, it just left like the perfect island paradise vacation. Beyond the area being beautiful, the building and specifically the unit were amazing and felt high-end. The check-in process was very easy. The greeter was waiting in the lobby for us when we arrived and made sure we had everything we needed. The unit itself had everything you needed from kitchen supplies to beach gear. This may seem specific, but I loved the wagon that was in the room. It made doing everything 10x faster, which was just another subtle touch that made the vacation that much better. This will become our go-to spot on Oahu for vacation.

Overall, property was very well maintained, furnished nicely.The beach chairs were great; unable to utilize umbrella re: no personal umbrellas permitted on the Lagoon. There was a reading lamp on only one side of the master bedroom bed. Luggage racks in bedrooms would have been useful. Some type of drying rack needed since no drying allowed on patio. Parking space in the opposite tower was inconvenient. I realize the security aspect, but requirement of “swiping” key for everything was annoying.
