Paradise Perfection.
Perfect spot for our family of 4. Condo was clean, well equipped with all the beach supplies such as chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, fins, etc. The pool was small but we always had it to ourselves. It was also kept warm so the kids enjoyed coming back from adventuring to our nice warm pool. Walking distance to restaurants, we loved hanging at the Lava Lava beach club while the kids ran around playing. You are steps to the beach and pool and very central to get around the island. This is not a loud property, lots of long term residence, very quiet and peaceful but still welcoming. We will be back!

Awesome place
We really enjoyed our time there. Beautiful inside and out. Right next to the ocean either a pool looking over it. Everything you next to cook or BBQ is Equipped in the house. Great restaurants and shops are right down the street

Great location and nice condo.
The condo was centrally located and there was a great bakery nearby and the Coconut Market Place. The kitchen was well appointed. The beds were comfortable. We had a bit of trouble figuring out the TV but that’s because we aren’t used to it. I got Covid so spent more time in the condo than I planned. My husband was able to get what we needed nearby. I would definitely come back!

Lovely condo & great location!
We had a great stay and the condo was spacious and lovely. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with an induction cooktop. We ate our meals at the table on the patio with a view of the ocean. There were also beach chairs, a cooler, and boogie boards for our use. Highly recommended!

The reviews on this property were spot on! It was absolutely wonderful! The bedrooms were clean, comfortable and the A/C was much needed! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for meal prep. We used the boogie boards and beach chairs and ample supply of beach towels-what a money saver and made our vacation over the top. The access to the beach was secure and super close. The surf was very rough during our stay so we walked on the beach but didn’t get in the water. But the pool, wow! That was my favorite spot. The grounds were beautiful and with the pool right next to the ocean it was a slice of paradise. ❤️

Beautiful property! Great location!
This is one of the cleanest, classiest rentals I’ve ever booked. It was absolutely immaculate. There was a lovely hospitality gift for us that was above and beyond expectations. The property is so quiet. The location is centrally located on the island so it is easy to visit all the attractions (and it’s near Safeway!). I really can’t say enough good things!

Wash did not work.
The washing machine is out of balance even when empty. It is unusable. This was reported to management and the responded immediately with with a credit. It has not been repaired. Other than that our stay was wonderful and this is a beautiful property. The residents and other vacationers were all very friendly. Thank you.

Winter break to beauty
There is not a more beautiful setting on Kauai than Lani Kai. It is quiet and serene and yet so convenient to shopping, dining, and outdoor activities. This condo has been beautifully remodeled and outfitted with all the amenities one could ask for. We started each day watching the sunrise from the perfect ocean front viewing point, followed by a walk along the public walking path that runs for miles along the ocean before beginning our day’s activities. I’m already dreaming of our next visit.

Excellent Place
We really enjoyed our stay at this location. First time in Kauai. The condo is very well done and well decorated. Wish they had the flexibility to convert the second room into a king bed! The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Cooking oil would have been a nice addition. Restaurants and grocery shops are very close by. The backyard and pool and access to the beach is very pretty!

I couldn't imagine a better place to stay!
This checked off all the boxes for a place to stay on line and in person. We really enjoyed our week there. It met all our expectations and then some. The grounds were full of flowers and were impeccably maintained. Having a fresh pineapple and other treats was a nice welcome. I loved being able to get right to the pool and beach. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was a welcome amenity. The place is secluded, yet right in/close to all the action. I would definitely book here again.

Can't wait to return!
This condo was everything and more that we hoped it would be. The pictures do not do it justice. It's open, clean, and very airy inside. A benefit to being in the side yard is that there's more privacy when spending time on the patio. It is also walking distance to one of the best baby pools on the island and made it so easy, and fun, to spend time at the beach with our 2 year old each day. We will absolutely be returning in the future!

A Little Slice of Heaven
This was the perfect place. Peaceful, Beautiful & Affordable The accommodations were great. Had everything u needed. The views were excellent. The residents were so friendly & helpful. The beach area was perfect, private. Not a lot of people taking up space. The location is great, central to everything. We have found our place in Kauai that will we always go back to. Perfection
We had an absolutely wonderful time here. Beautiful beach location, snorkeling and ocean wading pool. The house was comfortable and clean. The property itself was well maintained with wonderful ocean views. We have 2 teenage boys who loved it here as much as we did. Close to shopping and food. We will definitely be back to 212!
