Great location!
Couldn't ask for a better location, ocean, beach and a great walking path along the sea. Really enjoyed all of it. The facility met all our needs. Suggest you check the temp on the frig. It was freezing the liquids.

Amazing location
Very well stocked vrbo! Nothing was missing and the thoughtful items available in the house made running to the store for forgotten items not necessary. Location cant be beat! Wake up to gorgeous sunrises and walk the beach every morning.Easy walking distance to cute shops and restaurants

Perfect location in Kapa'a
The location and home was perfect for our group of 4 friends. The pool and hot tub were very well maintained. And just a few steps from the beach. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Wedding vacation
Amazing property, gracious host, Brenda went out of her way to accommodate us. Made us feel very welcome and even brought us baked goodies from her bakery. A little hiccup with VRBO booking but not the hosts fault.

Our family had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at this beach house. The location was great, the view was awesome, and the kids loved the pool! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The only drawback was the cleanliness. All of the dishes and pans could use a fresh cleaning, and the floors need a deep cleaning. Overall, though we were very happy!

Pretty much perfect
Wonderful place to stay in a great location. Very comfortable, well-outfitted house with lots of room to stretch out, great view of the ocean and a nice pool. Sit out on the lanai or inside and get great ocean breezes through the wide screen doors. House located at the beginning of the oceanfront beach walk, made for easy and beautiful early morning walks to Java Kai for coffee.

Perfect place for a family
We really enjoyed our stay and think this was a great location to access the entire island. There were lots of amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable, including beach chairs, a cooler, googles, and a paddle board. Also, there was plenty of space for the 5 of us to be comfortable and spread out. I really did my research before booking this house and it delivered. I especially appreciated the big well stocked kitchen. Having our 3 twenty something kids we used it a lot! And the open floor plan with the ocean view was incredible. Brenda was lovely and a big thank you to her as well. We really fell in love with Kauai and hope to come back someday. Thank you for the great experience! Mahalo Tisha

Look no further…
This property is amazing. We couldn’t be happier with our choice! There were seven of us in total, and we had the most amazing time. The property is perfectly located at the beginning of the bike path. You can walk to town, rent bikes, swim in the pool or hot tub, or hit the beach. We have five children that range in age from 7 years old to 13 years old. This house was absolutely perfect for a “free range “situation while we were cleaning up or packing for the beach or hiking, the kids could do their own thing safely with a short distance. The owner, Caleb, was super responsive. Check in and check out were super smooth. Thank you so much for having us! We hope to return someday!

Great host and location
This location is great to see both North and South of the island as it is centrally located on the East coast, near the airport. I find if you stay on the North or South, you may feel a bit limited. With Lihue/Kapaa/etc so close, you have plenty of dining aroud the corner. There are some very easily accessed beaches, or jump in the car to go to some of the more "top 10" beaches within 20-30 minutes. The host contacted us very kindly during our stay offering assistance. I honestly was enjoying myself so much, I forgot to even reach out. Also the guide book was surprisingly incredible! It became a running joke with our group of 4 adults It was nice to do a load of laundry. We caught a couple fish on a charter and had everything to prepare a full meal at the house. We enjoyed a nice hot tub to decompress at night after hike! All was clean and easy. A very friendly dog next door came to visit on occasion- big highlight with our crew.

Week in Kauai
We had a wonderful stay in the very well appointed Kauai Beach house in Kapa’a. The house is in a great central location for seeing Kauai’s sights! We enjoyed the lovely furnishings, the gorgeous view and well stocked kitchen as well.

Relaxing family vacation
We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation at this property. Pool is smallish and was chilly (Dec) but the kids still braved it. However the hot tub saw consistent use! Some of the jets had been turned off & shot out mold/algae scum when we turned them on, but it mostly cleared after a day. Appreciated the use of water toys, and we tried the paddle board just down the beach in the calm, protected tide pool area. Plenty of living space for family (4 adults, 2 kids) to spread out.

Calm Kauai
Great location - easy drive to Puipo, Waimea, Hanalei and obviously Kapa'a. The kitchen had all the small appliances we needed, plus the propane grill on the patio made a great way to save a bit on meals. We didn't get to see the sun rise out of the ocean because of the weather, but being steps from the beach and having nobody between our patio and the water was beautiful. The hot tub got used by somebody almost every night, and Brenda was a great help for quick questions. We would love to come back, and would recommend the place to friends.

Wonderful beach house
We stayed at the Moana Kai Beach House for a week in November and fell in love with the location and house. We visited with my brother-in-law, sister-in-law and mother-in-law that turned 90 this year, she said it was the best house she had ever stayed at in Hawaii…and this trip was her 22nd trip to the islands. We walked the bike path, watched the sun rise on the beach and really enjoyed watching the kite surfers that came out when the wind picked up near the end of our week. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was and cooked several meals at the house. The grocery store was close by. We also ate at several wonderful restaurants within a few miles of the house. We probably should have ventured out more but were so relaxed that we didn’t feel the need to leave the house much. The house was plenty big enough that we never felt like we were on top of each other, and the internet was great and supported a couple of us doing some work on our laptops in the morning before relaxing started. We would not hesitate to stay at the Moana Kai Beach house when traveling with family or friends in the future. Thank you...The Noah Family!
