This is a great property near downtown Lees Summit! The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. It has easy access to anywhere in the KC metro area. I will definitely stay here again!

Decent enough place
We arrived a half hour after check in and the cleaner was still there. The bed sheet was not big enough for the bed so it was half off the mattress. It’s listed as “2 bedroom” but the second bedroom just has a tiny desk, the “fold out futon” is in the front living room and there was no bedding provided. There was also mail for the owner scattered in various drawers along with cooking utensils. Overall the house was decent. The bathroom and kitchen are very nice. Just a lot of minor things that made it not as appealing.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights over the Independence Day holiday to attend the Kenny Chesney concert at Arrowhead Stadium. We loved the location of the rental, within a 10 minute walk to the Main St. Area in Lee's Summit. It was also an easy drive to Arrowhead for the concert, about 30 minutes. The house is a bit aged, but overall, comfortable. The front couch/futon was not the best to sit for extended periods, but was good for our needs. The shower had great water pressure, and they kitchen had everthing we needed.

The yard needed to be mowed and weeded. Driving up to the house it looked like it was a vacant home. The kitchen and bathroom were beautiful, But three loads of laundry, and only one bleach stained towel in the linen closet was a disappointment. The iron and ironing board were a big plus

It is a really cute house in a quiet neighborhood. We were just there for 1 night and the house served its purpose. However there is no way that this house would sleep 4 people. There is 1 queen bed (that is the creakiest bed I have ever slept on) and 1 futon.

This was listed as a two bedroom one bath house that sleeps four. There’s actually only one bed. The 2nd “bedroom“ is empty. We attempted to contact the owner, however never received a response from them.

Great little spot in Lee's Summit
Very clean, organized, and exactly as pictured. The listing says there are 2 bedrooms but the summary correctly listed one queen bedroom and futon in the living room (not a problem since it was just my wife and I and our dog. Everything we could have needed was thoughtfully provided! Walked 15 minutes to a few local breweries for dinner, what a great spot! Loved having the fenced in yard for our dog to run around off leash! Would definitely recommend!

The place is really nice for a couple to stay. The only suggestion we have is that the futon could be moved in another room and have a couch installed to replace it. The comfort of the couch would be a lot better than setting on the futon to watch TV.

Perfect for two people
What a cute house! It is perfect for a couple. There is one queen bed and a futon in the living room. The house is overall really clean and newly renovated (beautiful wood floors). I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness because there was quite a bit of dog hair around from prior guests. Loved the fenced in yard and the gates to close in the driveway. The neighborhood is very quiet and felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay
Very nice, clean property with some modern updates. The area is close to everything. The fenced yard was perfect for fur babies. While the area is safe, I liked that you could park inside the fence so you don’t have to worry about street parking.

Perfect for our need of an overnight stay on our road trip through mid America.
We needed a one night stay on our trip to Northern Minnesota for Thanksgiving , our two dogs came along with us. A fenced yard was so helpful. It was just perfect for our needs.

Cozy stay, great for dogs!
We enjoyed our stay here for a quick weekend getaway. The little desk was perfect for me to catch up on some work. The fenced in yard made it so easy for our 2 pups to feel at home as well, only wish there would have been more light in the backyard as it was pretty dark and couldn't see. The bed was super comfortable and the home had everything we needed. Really appreciated the filtered water in the fridge as well. Only thing we noticed was the home had a sewage smell to it, not sure if there was a plumbing issue or if that was normal? It wasn't overwhelming by any means and didnt disrupt our stay at all. We will definitely stay here again!

Bed was comfortable
The living room furniture could use an upgrade & basically there wasn't a place to sit down together & eat. There was a little round table & 2 little round stools set up in the spare bedroom/office (away from the kitchen). We stayed a week so if you just stayed a couple of days I guess the above would have been more manageable. I rated the communication with the property manager as oK because we didn't ever communicate with him/her.
