“Very nice neighborhood and house. Was a perfect place to stay while visiting family nearby for an early holiday. Pet friendly/great yard - which was important to us with our senior dogs that we prefer not to board. Property owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Will hopefully stay here again! ”

“Jess was quick with communication and information. Home shows care in renovation and is close to everything. ”

“House had everything we needed. Was nice to be able to bring our dogs along for the trip. ”

“Roomy house in a quiet neighborhood. We had four families and really enjoyed the game room downstairs. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of pots, pans, and appliances. ”

“It worked well for us. Perfect sleeping arrangement for our group. Lots of short flights of stairs. Nice furniture, but the house was dated. Still had what appeared to be used towels hanging around. Would suggest that hand towel holders be installed in bathrooms. Price was not to bad, but the fees seemed high.We had no communication with owner. Nothing against the owner, but I don't like having to set up log in and not having a phone number to call.”

“Cozy home with 2 bedrooms sharing a common bathroom. Worked well for two couples. We had a car to travel to see family and go to the local grocery store for supplies. ”

“We stayed 3 nights. We could gather together or spread out on the comfy couches. Beds were comforable and we enjoyed the nice kitchen, bathrooms, first floor laundry and lower level rec room.We would stay there again.”

“We had an abbreviated stay due to weather moving in but once again had a very good time. The house accommodates family with all the bedrooms and places to hang out. Excellent location for those of coming from out of town. Hope to come back again and not get chased out by a blizzard. ”

“We truly appreciate our host for her courteous consideration when we had to rebook because of the winter blizzard; she was tremendously accommodating. Upon arrival I was extremely impressed by the large space with many items to entertain my entire family. Even the informational notebook was positively polite with directions. I will absolutely highly recommend this host AND house!!”

“My husband and I were in town for the Chiefs' game and were able to enjoy some new restaurants and sites. This home was comfortable and travel to and from was very easy. ”

“Perfect place to stay for our group. Close to everything. No issues. I would just add that some more dish towels would've been nice and maybe add some food storage containers. We had a great time!”

“We enjoyed our time in the property, especially the nice TV room in the basement, where we spent most of our time. The property met or surpassed all of our needs. We will try to select this property again if we ever return to the KC area.”
