My wife, her sister, and I (late 50s/early 60s) stayed for a week in early October. We really enjoyed the house and found that it fit our needs perfectly. The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was fairly well stocked, but then it does not take much to make me happy. Bathrooms were large, although there was no soap or shampoo supplied in the master bath (not an issue for us). Plenty of towels and bed linens were available.
We particularly enjoyed the outdoor spaces, both the small front porch and the larger, covered backyard seating area. In fact, we enjoyed watching the annular eclipse from the back porch which was ideal. There used to be a golf course behind the house, but that is long gone, but it did provide a nice view. Not a lot of wildlife, but we did see mule deer, roadrunners and other birds, and a few lizards. The neighborhood cats also came by on their daily rounds.
I don't recall turning on the TV, so I have no idea about that. I could not connect to the wifi, but did not have need for it so I did not ask the manager for help. I had good signal on my phone at the house (I use Verizon and my wife is on ATT).
The only side issue were the lights from the gas station; took away from the starry night sky and did shine into the house at night (there are blinds on the master bedroom window). That's not a knock on the house, just an awareness for future renters.
Overall, this was a great base for exploring around Kanab.
