Un hotel bellísimo y muy bien ubicado, además el Personal es muy amable, sin duda volvería a este hotel.

I wouldn't say this is a 5 star, but more like a 4 star. At check-in they assigned me a dirty room (not cleaned from previous guests). This was 11pm so I didn't appreciate having to wait and go around the hotel until they assigned a clean room. The cleanleness of my room wasn't great either, especially the bathroom area. Not up to a 5 star standards. I don't recommend having dine-in room service. I tried twice...breakfast and dinner. Portions are tiny and overpriced, and food came cold, probably had been sitting somewhere in the kitchen for a good while, since in both occasions I had to wait for a long time to receive it. I also don't recommend the massage service at the Spa. For that price, you probably get something better somewhere else. The lady didn't seem to know much was she was doing...it was not relaxing at all, fast movements without a real flow (I have many massages and in many different places/countries, so I have a lot to compare with). 75min massage, not cheap, and left me with sore back due to the strenght, even if I asked the lady 3 times to do it softer.
