“All the male staff is very friendly and so nice. The front desk female workers doesnt seem like her jobs. Even the security at front door really nice and doing great customer service. The front desk wont tell you about your buffet if you dont ask and no information about it at all.”

“This is a nice hotel that is attached to the a huge mall. You have access to the mall and all it offers. The hotel is clean, has friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. ”

“Very accommodating and friendly staff. Nice facilities with an infinity pool overlooking the water. Tasty food in the breakfast buffet. The room is spacious and very comfortable. I would recommend the hotel to anyone traveling in the area.”

“Great stay overall. Cleanliness, restaurant, staffs are great but one thing this hotel lacks is the WiFi connectivity. WiFi sometimes connects well and sometimes disconnects. For people who want to work with laptop, it could get frustrating at a time. ”

“The hotel is excellent for a budget hotel. I did not personally stay in it. I booked for my mother in law and father in law. They said the hotel was clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The only problem was the room they stayed was in was a bit small. ”

“Arrived 1130 Receptionist told the room is not ready so need to wait and she will i form me At 1230 i think she go to lunch without inform colleague Wait until 1330... i ask counter and they do not know i am waiting.. The room is ready ealier.. Order room service wait for one hours.. food is so so only... ”

“Het hotel was gedateerd. Zwembad stonk en er was geen gezelligheid in de bar. Ondeskundig personeel. Ik moest zelf vertellen hoe je een gin tonic moest maken. Op de rooftop wisten ze ook geen cocktails te maken. Bij het ontbijt stonk het erg naar sigaretten rook, de deur van de rookkamer was aldoor open. Heel vervelend voor mensen die niet roken. ”
