Kona Sunset
The condo was underwhelming. Air conditioning was inadequate. If you have to turn it off while you’re gone the condo gets too hot. Takes hours for it to cool down and the bedroom never gets cool

Very nice location
Great location just outside of the hustle and bustle of tourism. We enjoyed our stay. We would stay again if we come back. The communication was good as well.

Nice condo
Very nice condo in a large complex approx 1 mile from downtown Kona. Very easy parking and keyless entry.excellent view of the ocean and sunset from the Lanai. Very well stocked kitchen with included washer and dryer. Portable AC in LR was a plus but did not cool the bedroom much. However there were many fans that helped with sleeping. TV access was difficult despite following the direction. Overall an excellent stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Great location
Good location not too far from Kona town. We used the grill on property for a few meals. Easy parking and access. Property clean; good for two people. The lanai shades do not work; the pole to operate the shade is rusted/broken. Also, the shade itself is rusted and will not roll at all. Would have been nice to use the shades in the afternoon when the sun/heat is an issue. Nice beach gear to use! Chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling gear. Makes your beach visits even better.

Incredible. Speechless. Best property ever
Let me start off by saying that Courtney the owner is so nice and made the stay excellent. She is super responsive and helped with my special requests. The property is amazing has a great balcony and view of the ocean, great pool and hot tub and a fully stocked closet of snorkels and boogie boards chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen bedroom and pull out bed were excellent and there was sunscreen and toiletries available in the closet by the bathroom. I’m going to stay here every time I go to Hawaii thanks Courtney!!!

Beachfront balcony amazing
The photos did not lie: the balcony is literally steps away from the water and a joy to enjoy. The condo’s are friendly, clean and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

One of the best
Everything about this property was great...great view, well equipped kitchen, modern...and on the ground floor so no stairs. We spent a lot of time sitting out on the lanai, looking at the view both day and night when we weren't out and about. Would definitely book again next time we come to the big island.

Great location with amazing views!
This VRBO is exactly as the pictures show - beautiful views and all the necessities. I really liked how easy it was to park and just walk into the condo. One tiny step up, but not lugging luggage up and down stairs. The balcony is the real stunner here and it will give you beautiful sunset views and all day gorgeous ocean views. The AC is in the living room, so it does get a bit stuffy in the bedroom, but not bad. We ended up walking downtown to Kona because it was only 17m and seemed easier than driving and finding/paying for parking. Really enjoyed our stay!

Loved this tropical “home away from home”
What a cute place with a casual Hawaiian vibe! We loved sunsets on the lanai! The kitchen was fully stocked with every tool and appliance you need to prepare a meal, and there were lots of little amenities in the linen closet to make this feel like a “home away from home”. I’m guessing other guests leave some items they bought, and we did as well, like partial case of water, sunscreen, etc. We had a wonderful week in Paradise! Can’t wait to come back!

Peaceful
Walked into this wonderful condo. The view of the ocean from the large sliding doors from the living room to the balcony was just beautiful. The balcony is a peaceful place to have breakfast/coffee or even dinner. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to relax when not on an excursion somewhere. My only “complaint” is that even with fans the bedroom was still a little warm for us, but I get that temperature is a personal preference. The main living area cools very nicely with the ac unit. Owner was great with timely communication about check in and expectations for leaving the unit was not a crazy list of to dos, very reasonable! Everything we needed was at the unit (we had our own toiletries but we noticed a lot of things already there in the linen closet). Thank you for helping to make our 20th anniversary trip to Hawaii one not to be forgotten! Mahalo!

Nice condo on the water
Nice 1 bedroom apt on the water a few minutes from everything in Kona. Probably need a vehicle to get most places. A/C doesn’t quite reach the bedroom, but it was quite hot while we were there with no breeze, so I would say it’s probably not normally an issue. Pool area is nice. Everything we needed was on hand - plenty of towels, bottled water, dishes, beach stuff, etc Would definitely recommend. Ground level Lanai faces water with no obstruction. We saw dolphins swim by every morning.

Great place to stay in the cooler months
I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because the view is amazing and it's so well maintained and clean, but it was missing a few essentials - like body wash, shampoo and coffee, and it was SO uncomfortably hot at night. There technically is an AC, but it can't reach down to the bedroom and shuts off randomly throughout the night, so the space warms up quickly. We tried to make a row of fans to push air down the hallway, but it was a cumbersome approach that didn't really help much. Hopefully it wouldn't be as large of a problem staying in cooler months

The condo is in a good spot. There are some nice little beaches close by. Sunsets are very nice. There is no AC in bedroom. We followed another guest review and positioned the fans so they blew air down the hallway from living room to bedroom.

Great location. Very well supplied. Awesome from terrace The one weak link was the AC which is a stand alone unite which didn't reach the bedroom as well as we had wished Acceptable but not perfect. Overall a great stay

Great location and accommodation. Clean apartment with all the amenities perfect for two people. Central location on the edge of Kailua-Kona- west coast of island, that is a great spot to travel to all the island has to offer. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience
This is a great first floor condo, on the water. Fully furnished and ready to use, it had decent privacy, and we loved our stay, we had one hiccup when we arrived and the owner was very attentive and fixed the issue immediately. The kitchen is ready for use, the lanai was excellent, the only thing that could improve this property is the mattress, it’s older and warn but still very functional. Huge thanks to the owner for her responsiveness!

Paradise on the water
Clean, quiet, beautiful view. An amazing stay with easy to work with host and checkin/out instructions. As a tidbit, there isn’t AC in the bedroom but if you use the two auxiliary fans one to blow cold air from the living room into the hallway and one from the hallway to the bedroom, it simulates an AC duct to the room. The TV is situated in a weird spot but who’s here to watch tv. Would absolutely stay here again.
