Palm Hale's King Palm se encuentra en el piso superior (segundo) de la casa. Es de 1 habitación con cama King, baño, mosquitera, sala, comedor, vista al mar desde todas las habitaciones, cocina con refrigerador de tamaño completo., estufa, horno, lavavajillas, microondas, licuadora, cafetera y molinillo de café para preparar el famoso café Kona, televisión por cable, wifi. Hay lavadora y secadora que funcionan con monedas en una sala común. Afuera tiene un cenador, mesa, sillas y una barbacoa para quienes gustan de la parrilla. Hay un montón de estacionamiento fuera de la calle detrás de la casa. La casa está situada para que pueda disfrutar de la brisa del mar y pueda escuchar las olas rompiendo en la costa por la noche. Estamos entre Magic Sands Beach (playa de arenas blancas) y Snorkel Beach (playa Kahalu'u) y ambos están a poca distancia si solo quieres pasar el rato en las playas locales. También estamos a solo una milla del Centro Keauhou, que tiene una tienda de comestibles, restaurantes, oficina de correos, teatro, instalaciones médicas y un mercado de agricultores los sábados por la mañana, incluso tiene actuaciones de música y baile algunos fines de semana. Tienes la ciudad de Kona a 5 minutos por Alii Dr. en la otra dirección, que tiene muchas tiendas para explorar, restaurantes, sitios históricos y lugares para inscribirse en actividades como un luau, tours, viajes de snorkel, clases de surf, submarinos paseos, Charters para la pesca de caza mayor y mucho más, todo esto a lo largo de la costa.
Las puestas de sol son increíbles, por la noche verás a los lugareños que se detienen a los lados de la carretera para observar el destello verde a medida que el sol sale por el horizonte.

Awesome property and location
This was our second stay at this home. Probably the best-equipped place we've ever rented. Ideal location. Highly recommend unless you seek a noiseless place. Sound of road and other guests is noticeable but not an issue for us.

Lovely stay
The suite we stayed in was really nice - open air feeling with great views. The location is away from much of the touristy-stuff, but close enough you can Uber easily to nearby points of interest. If you have a rental car, the parking area is very private and spacious. The host was very accommodating. It was nice to have an onsite washer and dryer. And I was impressed to find lots of loaner items available - beach chairs, snorkeling gear - the works. I would definitely go back.

Tree tops
With the absence of windows and only screens the sounds of the birds in the morning was delightful. The car noise usually calmed down after 8 pm and there was an occasional vroom noise. You can see the ocean over the tree tops and the walk to the beaches is easy although the beaches are not very swimming friendly with all the lava rock. There are others staying in the building and there was just a little noise. The parking lot in the back was great because parking is hard to find on the narrow streets. The place was stocked well and beautiful.

A lovely Hawaiian-style penthouse!
We very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again! The lovely high ceilings and shuttered/screened windows all around give such an open, breezy feel. No AC required and the sound of the waves make for great sleeping too. A wonderfully spacious place for a couple but also great for a family with a child. Isaac is a gracious and very responsive host.

Very special place
We loved our stay! Location was ideal- short walks both directions to wonderful beaches. Island breezes and sunsets were perfect from the condo. Everything we needed was included and we were very comfortable the entire time. We enjoyed visiting the chickens and ducks in the backyard.

Tropical Paradise that’s *almost* private
Overall, my wife & I are very pleased with the property/price we paid for our stay. We stayed 8 nights total. First, all the open air shutters are beautiful! Plus they really do allow tons of air movement through the unit if you will leave them open. Know that you will hear more outside noises than you’re used to as this (like many other homes) is an open air building with no AC. Secondly, the space is great! The bed was nice and it was obvious it was well taken care of. Isaac also provide beach towels, chairs, coolers, snorkel gear etc for your use so you can leave all of that at home. Parking is plentiful and it’s secluded with cameras which is a great touch as well. Our only complain is the noise level in the unit. I looked over the post again to be sure & didn’t see it said anywhere so I’ll share it here. You can close the doors to the bedroom to have that & the bathroom completely private, but the rest of the house is not. Above the door that you come into there is a giant open space in the wall where on the other side is the main stairs everyone uses, as well as laundry machines etc. Every sound everyone made was heard loud and clear in our unit/vice versa. There were multiple times we were woken up because of the sounds coming from the living room (but really was from the stairs) and I had to investigate to make sure no one was in the house with us. I think this should be clearly stated in the listing so people know and can make an informed decision. 8/10 overall.

Lovely, spacious apartment near Magic Sands beach
The property was 2nd floor, light,airy and spotless. Just as advertised, a great location in a quiet neighborhood walking distance from 2 beaches. Issac the manager was fabulous- responsive, communicative and very kind. We were comfortable and happy here.

5 Unit complex
Our short stay in this condo was fine. I was under the impression we were across the street from the beach, and we were, but behind another apartment complex, so not exactly. There is a coin operated washer and dryer in the building, but not in unit… our ceiling did not go all of the way to the top of our unit, but opened into the stairwell, so if any other guests turned those lights on, they shone into our unit. There are not any glass windows, only screens, so a lot of outside noise from traffic … all of that said, the unit was clean, there is plenty of parking on site.

Late Fall Getaway
8 days in the sun. One great snorkel beach and one small swimming beach a short walk away. The water was clear and calm and the fish abundant. The home is central to the island tourist spots. There are screens and shutters for all the windows, the sounds from the traffic can be heard. We enjoyed our stay in our in the king palm with views of the ocean.

Great stay!
Lovely spacious property. Great location close to beaches and central Kona, but away from the congestion. We have stayed in many rentals and have never had such a fully stocked place. Kitchen supplies, bath, beach / snorkel stuff - everything! Road noise exists but not an issue for us. Highly recommend!

Great place.
You can’t go wrong with this place. The location is perfect, close enough to town, and just far enough away to not be in all the hustle and bustle. There’s a couple beaches that are very close. Isaac is a great host & there when needed. The bed is super comfy & there’s plenty of everything in the kitchen for cooking. Will definitely be back.

Great stay!
Isaac was a great host! We arrived at midnight, and he made our check-in process very easy and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable the whole time we were there. The property was clean, beds were comfortable, and we loved the sound of the birds singing each morning (and I even have a phobia of birds!) There is some street noise but the neighborhood itself felt safe and quiet. Definitely recommend this place!

Amazing property, make sure to know that there are no glass windows
My wife and I came to Kona for our honeymoon. The King Palm is a gorgeous place to stay, however there are only shutters and screens which means it stays warm inside and there is minimal privacy. I messaged Isaac, the owner, and he offered us a studio a few minutes down the road that was much more private for the same price. A+ communication and hospitality from Isaac, he responded very quickly. This King Palm would be a great place for a family or group stay but maybe not the best for honeymooning. Although it does get a gorgeous view and a nice ocean breeze in the morning.

Tropical Island feeling
Easy to find, easy to park, easy to get into apartment - in fact easy everything. One unique feature of this apartment - no glass in any of the windows - just wire mesh. The climate is warm and dry so the no glass works. The place s about 100 yards from the beach so the sound of surf is non-stop and adds to that island feeling. There is a road at the back of the beach and during the day it's busy. Overall liked it a lot.

Gute Lage , schöne Wohnung
Große Wohnung, Küche gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber . Von jedem Fenster aus sieht man das Meer - großartig!!! Isaac ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. Gute Strategische Lage -ein Strand zum Schnorcheln(Keauhou Bay) und ein Badestrand(White Sand Beach), sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir verbrachten 14 wunderschöne Tage in dieser Traum Wohnung. Wir Zwei sagen Isaac DANKE!!! ...und haben vor wieder zu kommen. :)

Beautiful convenient spot with excellent host!
My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at King Palm! Isaac is an amazing host; very knowledgeable of the island, gave great recommendations for a variety of yummy foods, and is very responsive if you ever have a question. The place had everything we needed—including an amazing view of the ocean and close beaches to walk to! Would highly recommend staying here and hopefully we will be able to stay again on our next trip!!
