Hermosos 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños, con vista al mar y piscina privada

Ubicado en una comunidad cerrada, si está buscando el patio tropical hawaiano por excelencia, lo ha encontrado. Hawaii es una vida al aire libre y esto lo une todo con una vista al mar. La amplia terraza cubierta tiene un área de comedor, área de barbacoa y sala de estar, todos con vista a la hermosa piscina climatizada con energía solar con iluminación de fibra óptica para el disfrute nocturno y jardines tropicales. Los jardines consisten en heliconia, plumeria, numerosas palmeras, piña, ave del paraíso, limón, hibisco y más.

Dos juegos de puertas francesas se abren a la gran sala de la casa donde son recibidos por hermosos pisos de bambú y techos altos. Los nichos de arte crean el estilo de la gran sala. La gran sala se abre a la cocina a través de una gran barra de desayuno. La cocina tiene amplio espacio de almacenamiento en los gabinetes de arce, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y hermosas encimeras de granito. El espacio de trabajo abunda y el triángulo de trabajo se mueve fácilmente. Para mayor comodidad, medio baño está fuera de la cocina. 2 habitaciones, un baño completo y una sala de lavandería completan este ala de la casa que conduce al garaje para 2 autos. La casa está equipada con aire acondicionado central y ventiladores de techo.

El dormitorio principal está separado de las otras habitaciones del otro lado de la casa. Hay puertas corredizas de vidrio que conducen a un lanai privado para el maestro o la piscina. La suite principal cuenta con un amplio armario principal con vestidor y baño principal completo con lujosa bañera, ducha de vidrio, lavabos dobles y encimeras largas y abiertas.

Wonderful property
This lovely home is located in a quiet residential area but close to Kona. We especially enjoyed the outside space with the pool. The property was equipped with everything you need. We would definitely come back.

Perfect Big Island Getaway
We stayed for two weeks, as I was taking part in the Ironman race this October. The property was very clean and well-stocked with the essentials. The kitchen was great with everything needed to make meals as neccessary. I had seen some reviews that the oven was difficult to use, but this wasn't a problem for us, the oven seemed very new and hi-tech (who needs their oven to have Wifi?). The garage was also well-stocked with pool / beach toys which were really great for the two young children we had with us. The only problem we had was that the dishwasher didn't seem to work, but when I emailed the vendor thay sent a handyman the same day to fix it. All in we had a wonderful stay. The location is great in a beautiful, quiet place with easy access to Kailua.

Kona vacation
My family and I stayed for a week at this property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy and they were kind enough to let us check in early since our flight arrived in the morning. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The pool is nice, a little outdated but still nice to have. The beds weee comfortable and the house was well equipped. I would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our family of four!! Location in a private neighborhood close to town was great. The lanai/pool/yard is amazing. We used the grill and kitchen to make many of our meals at the house. The concierge provided with the rental (David) reached out before our trip and helped us book several activities. His recommendations helped us make the best selections and make the most use of our time on the island. Would highly recommend!

We loved the location and outdoor space. The home could use a refresh: rusty kitchen drain, cheap faucet that could not dispense cold water, bathroom fan not working. Spacious interior but odd layout for the space. The bed was comfortable. There are no blinds on master patio door. The sheer curtains didn’t adequately block the light. Master bathroom and closet offered plenty of storage. Strangely there is no shelf in the shower stall for bath products. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Peace in Paradise
We’ve been coming to Hawaii island for many many years. This home is our favorite so far. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, we were not awakened by road noise but rather by bird calls. We to major roadways so store trips didn’t eat up our shopping days. Best, however, is the lovely pool, garden and outdoor eating area. This house is a gem!!

Family Vacation
This property is actually what you see online!! The pool and grounds are stunning, the open family room concept was ideal for keeping us all together. The bedrooms were all perfect, especially the master with the HUGE closet and tub!! Close to everything and felt like I was at home:) We will return again soon!

Perfect home away from home
Overall our stay was perfect! Check in and check out process was easy, property management was very easy to get a hold of to answer our questions. Home was kept clean with everything we needed during our stay. The yard was perfectly landscaped and provided a clean pool to enjoy the hot days during our stay. The home is located in a gated community, not far away from supermarkets and town. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this home if staying in Kailua Kona.

Great stay for my family & friends!
We had such a good time here. The yard was perfect for our busy toddler, and the pool was so relaxing for my friends, my husband, and me! The house had everything we need to cook breakfast every morning. It was hard to see the settings on the stove, but I expected that after reading the reviews. It wasn't detrimental to our cooking process though lol they have everything you need in the garage for the beach, from umbrellas, chairs, sand, and toys... plus floaties for the pool, and more. They were easy to communicate with, and we wanted to stay longer... but, of course, it was booked! But that's a great place for ya! :) thank you!

Excellent!!
Everything about this house was perfect. Not far at all from the airport and the check-in process could not have been easier. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you would need. The layout of the house was exactly what my family was looking for. Spacious bedrooms and wide open kitchen and living/dining room area. The backyard was fantastic. Perfect for lounging around and the pool was nice to have once the day started heating up. The location is honestly one of the best parts. You’re not far from any place you would want to visit in Kona. I would definitely come back to this house the next time I’m on the big island.
