Vicky is very attentive. Property as shown. Condo has everything you need. Condo rules are strict. No horseplay at pool so families with smaller kids should know that but older people who like quiet will enjoy it.

Charming, clean, comfortable condo
With a view and sound of the ocean and the most memorable sunsets (every night!) we ever experienced.The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed for cooking and beaching, and close to the restaurants, shops, and local market in Kailua Village.Comfy bed and nice pool with shade as well as sun. Communicating with Vicky was a pleasure. We hope to come again.

Home away from home in Kona
We loved our stay in Vicky's unit in Alii Villas. The unit itself was clean, bright, and well stocked with a great ocean view. And the location of the complex is perfect on Alii, within walking distance of Kona and local beaches. We would definitely stay again.

Nice condo and nice location
The condo is very clean with nice location. We had a very good time there. They had everything we needed for our vacation and it felt like we were living in someone’s house. The beach behind the condo doesn’t have much to explore, but that’s how big island is. It doesn’t have much beach there. The famous magic beach is just a small, tiny beach. We drove by and didn’t even stop because it’s too tiny. However, the beach behind the condo is a great place to enjoy sunset. Overall it was a very nice experience.

There isn't much better
We enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived. The condo was a great size for the two of us. The balcony looked out over the pool to the ocean beyond. It was in a great location right on the ocean and an easy drive to many of the great sights along the Kona coast. Stephanie was a great host and very responsive to any and all questions I had. The unit was equipped with everything you might need from kitchen supplies to the beach. Would definitely recommend to stay here and I’m pretty sure we will be back. It was that good.

Location and the condo are great. Stephanie was very responsive and kind.
Overall a nice place with sunset viewing right at the rocky beach outside the unit. Unit is clean, and the host is very responsive and nice. As it is along Ali'i, expect some noise which is common in that area. Easy access to many places. We enjoyed the stay.

Kona Sunshine
My wife and I travelled with our adult daughter to Kona and stayed in Stephanie's condo in Kona. We've stayed in the area previously but never with Stephanie. The complex is well situated about a mile from Kailua town and the condo itself was spotless and very well equipped. Dedicated parking was just steps from the door which makes a big difference when you are ferrying supplies into the suite. There is a small, comfortable patio with sunset and ocean views. Stephanie was very helpful and communicative whenever we had a question. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely re-book. Highly recommended for small parties.

Big Island Stay
Nice unit with all amenities except adequate drawer space for clothing. All drawers and shelves in the nice and large walk in closet were filled so we ended up not emptying our suitcases. Location is accessible to town life but know that traffic is quite often heavy. Beach is close but full of rocks so no laying out. Pool is very nice.

Location and view to die for.
This location is perfect. No air conditioning in the mail pat of the house, but there is a unit in the bedroom that keeps the temperature perfect for sleeping. The lanai, and view are amazing.

4 peaceful days
Our stay was so relaxing. The place is central, super quiet and has more than all the basics you’d need - well stocked kitchen, washer-dryer, laundry hamper, comfy king bed, lots of towels and beach toys. The place is a bit dated but generally clean. It was easy to get in and check out. Stephanie is a prompt, helpful and clear communicator. The pool is large, clean and moments away, as is a rocky beach with amazing sunsets. Lots of towels, great view from the balcony and a one minute walk from a great Kona coffee place. We went with our 6 year old who is capable of being quiet and calm, when needed. If you have a more rambunctious and loud kid, this is not the place for you. It’s very quiet, peaceful and you could easily be heard by all by not being mindful. Parking is also easy. We would certainly stay here again.

This VRBO was perfect for us
We loved this condo. It was clean, comfortable, just the right size for my husband and me, in a perfect location, and had a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed eating breakfast, appetizers, and dinner on the lanai, with a view of the ocean. We liked that it was only about a mile from downtown Kona and also centrally located to other attractions on the Big Island. If I ever vacation on the Big Island again, I would hope to stay here.

Great home base for exploring Big Island
Stephanie’s condo was a great place to stay for exploring the big island. It was in a quiet part of town just outside the hustle bustle of downtown Kona. The pool was nice, lanai views were lovely, and the condo was extremely clean. Stephanie was very quick to reply to messages and provide helpful information. The kitchen has everything you need to cook simple meals and there are community gas grills near the pool. You’ll definitely want a rental car, though there is a bikeshare station less than a block from the condo.

very spacious place with a view of the water! parking spot and pool are very close to the condo. walk to town is a little far, but they have bikes you can rent to make it easier. lots of stuff in the kitchen and laundry to use during your stay which helps a lot!

Very cozy spot as advertised! Clean and convenient location.
We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent- just a short drive to the historic village shops and less than 10 minutes from anything you could need. The condo is well cared for and clean. The only cons were quite a few ants that got into our food. And be aware, it’s hot in Hawaii! The AC in the bedroom works well but the rest of the place can get quite warm and humid. Use the abundance of fans! Otherwise it’s outstanding. Host was kind and very responsive. They provide a lot of beach supplies available for use that came in handy and avoided extra rentals, including chairs, an umbrella and a couple boogie boards. The kitchen was well stocked and helped us save a lot by eating in. Overall, it was a perfect home base while we explored the west side of the island.
