Mi nombre es Allen, y mi esposa y yo invitamos a disfrutar de su condominio Hawaii en el Royal Kahili, ubicado en Alii unidad cerca de todo en la costa de Kona. Antes de mudarnos a Hawái, este fue nuestro hogar en Hawái durante años. Puede disfrutar de lo siguiente como lo hemos hecho:

Vaya de compras, disfrute de los restaurantes y visite lugares de interés en Kailua Village.

Sentarse en la piscina en los exuberantes jardines tropicales y ocasionalmente ver nuestra trabajadora manager John hacer un buen trabajo manteniendo los estanques koi, la cascada, y la zona de barbacoa.

If you know the island it's all you need.
This property was very simple to get to was quaint and had a very easy layout to maneuver around with friends and family. We were able to make and cook meals regularly. We had excellent amenities in the pool as well as the grill stations. We were not able to use the hot tub nor the fire pit as those were both under repair. Not an issue for us. Those things will be fixed upon review of this review and we will definitely look to possibly come back to this location as we are regular visitors to the big island and would highly recommend that everyone else do so as well

Great property, close to beaches
Second time I have stayed in this complex. We like the location, pool area is really nice. Hot tub was never hot while we were here, but the pool was warm enough to swim in. Location is great, owner was responsive and helpful. Property was clean, but could use a little update. I would stay here again for sure.

For the price, meh. The kitchen faucet was broken, and there was no air conditioning as advertised; the indoor temperature remained at around 81*-82*. Otherwise, it was okay.

Nice condo located just slightly out of town centre
The condo was the perfect size for a family of 4. Well equipped with everything we needed to make meals and also items for our beach days (towels, chairs, umbrella). We had no issues whatsoever with the condo itself; our only issue was the rooster(s) we heard every morning starting around 4:30am.

The condo was in a great location. We were in walking distance from the beach, shopping, and restaurants. My family enjoyed staying at the condo. I would recommend it when staying on the big island.

Amazing Pool Area
The condo was as advertised and the pool area was an oasis after a long day on the island. Great location near Kona! The VBRO app was a challenge however, as it would not let me sign in to reply to the host's messages.

It was a perfect stay. Great location, beautiful gardens, pool, and outdoor eating areas. House was clean, well stocked and had a jungle like view. Pool sparkle; spa had heating prob but owner got fixed. Will stay again.

The kitchen is stocked very nicely! Lots of towels! Beach chairs are convenient. Great TV! A noisy rooster so I would recommend earplugs which we had. Clean quiet pool area.

This place is in a great location. Even though it’s quite old, the building seems to be well maintained and in a good condition. It is very quiet and comfortable place for vacations. The hosts are very nice and responsive. We enjoyed the staying and will consider coming back in the future.

Nice Condo
The Apartment was nice, we did decide to stay here because there was a hot tub and pool. The day we were to arrive we were told the pool was clsing a week early and would not be available to us, and when we arrived the elevator was not in working order which was not good as we were not told about and we werw not on the 1st floor. The TV in the master bedroom turned on but got no service, we did call to ask for it to be fixed and the owner did respond and came the next day to fix. We knew he came because the door was left unlocked and TV was not fixed, when i messaged again i never got a response. TV never worked for our stay. They were accomodating with price because of thebpool and hot tub being out of commission for our stay. All and all when the piol and hot tub are up and running we would love to try this property again. We did appreciate the fact that the owner was willing to discount rental because of inconveniences. Condo was clean and updated, very comfortable stay. Loved having lanai but know there are 2 roosters whom wake you up at 3am every day and are loud and right outside condo.

Location location location
Aloha, Perfectly located, just minutes from downtown Kona and local beaches. The condo was very clean and well stocked with basic needs. The pool and hot tub were beautiful and the community members were very friendly and welcoming. This is our fourth time visiting the Big Island and we will definitely check on this condo for future visits. Mahalo

This apartment was tastefully decorated, clean, and close to shopping, restaurants, and most of the activities we planned to do. We were very comfortable here and would stay here again. The apartment had everything we could have needed.

Fantastic Family Vacation
The condo had everything we needed for a great vacation. We were able to make our breakfasts in the well equipped kitchen, condo is spacious, beds are comfortable and AC/fans worked well. Lots of clean towels and linens were provided as well as beach mats, games etc. We loved having our morning coffee on the lanai while listening to the waves and birds and even got used to the rooster next door! Pool area is fabulous and well maintained. Location was great for beach visits and a fairly quick drive into Kailua depending on the time of day.
