“I truly enjoyed staying here. The bed was very comfortable, and they had all the beach gear you could want. A couple of people who live there participate in the nightly conch shell ceremony.”

A few things I was disappointed in was..The shower head of the on suite bathroom was horrible and had be cleaned( by my husband) & the closet on the lanai was a mess with broken chairs. I think a overall cleaning would do the place good.Overall we enjoyed staying there and would go back. ”

“We stay in Kehei often - this unit is exactly as pictured. 200 or so steps to Nalu’s. Unit was very clean and well-stocked. It was a bit small, but really a great unit for 2 people. Adequate parking. Just a note that the beach / water has a sandy reef that runs out quite far - water was only knee deep for a couple hundred feet out. ”

“Great location, 30 mins from airport, stayed at unit 111 D , I got everything needed for a great vacation and more, well equipped kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella, boards, beach towels , love it!!!”

“My husband and I stayed 9 nights. It was the perfect location for us. We had rented a car at the airport and the free parking spot was appreciated. The condo had everything we needed for making meals but had lots of restaurants within walking distance. We loved sitting on the lanai watching the sunset and the beautiful beach was right across the street. The Kihei Akahi is beautifully landscaped and was very quiet. Perfect spot for making memories in Maui and hoping to return one day. ”
