"Amazing place to stay for children and adult "

"We had a great short stay at Kaya Belek hotel. The rooms are spacious, the food was great and the staff were very attentive. The hotel is in need of a refurbishment as it looks very tired but it didn’t spoil our time. My only slight disappointment was that the gym didn’t open until 8:30am."

Tried to cancel booking at hotel and on home computer but virtual agent had no record of boooking. Mashalle your agent found booking and told me that the room only was all-inclusive. V misleading."

"Dreadful hotel. The dinning room was full of flies as was the food. They gave us a downstairs room because the wifi was better so they said, in actual fact there's a nightclub on the ground floor that's booming from 23.00 until 04.00, they didn't tell us that. Absolutely the worst hotel I've ever stayed in and over priced. "
