“We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The location was peaceful and quiet, with stunning views that made the mornings feel magical. The property was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need — not just for us, but for our pup too!The fenced yard was a huge plus, giving our dog a safe space to romp around while we relaxed on the deck and soaked in the sunrise. Our only regret? Not staying longer. We can’t wait to come back!”

“This place was very clean, felt like I was the first person to stay there! Loved the decor. Also a basket of snacks and Keurig cups! Shower worked great and the bath products they provide were good quality. Hot tub was clean and fully functional. Main bed was super comfy with extra pillows too. I just didn't realize how close the neighbors were but it was still very quiet and peaceful. We decided not to take our dogs but they did have dog toys and treats. Again they thought of all the details!!...

“This was a wonderful trip for my family of 5. I had three teenagers and a toddler with me and they were so excited about the house. We played pool every night and they all took turns on the Pac-Man game. The backyard was stunning! We would love to return in the future.. if we don’t go ahead and move up there by the end of the year. Flagstaff felt like home! Thanks for sharing your home with us so we could make wonderful memories. ”

“Three friends and I spent an afternoon and evening before settling into a peaceful slumber. We watched the wildlife a bit and went downtown to a comedy show. Spent many hours laughing and brought the hilarity back to your lovely space with us. Glad we didn’t have any neighbors because the giggles and guffaws continued into the wee hours. This is a lively, sweet space. Highly recommend! Thank you!”

“As lovely in person as it appeared in photo's. Perfect for couples. Comfy couch, large bedroom, functional kitchen and wrap around porch with tall pine and starry night views. “My partner and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the Beaver House! It was clean and quiet. The huge backyard was a wonderful place to sit and soak in the beautiful flagstaff scenery! The Beaver house had everything we needed during our stay, including a full fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot and even a washer and dryer if necessary. Highly recommend staying for the weekend or longer if you can!”
