“There were a few minor things that could be improved on but overall a very nice place. There were sheer curtains in some bedrooms which let in a lot of light and there was a portable AC in one room. The house stayed cool enough while there. Nice game room and living area. Everything was nice and clean. Good driving distance to Gwinn and Marquette. Would definitely stay again.”

“The lake, dock, view, canoe, fire part and deck were great. So was the setting. I'd highly recommend from that standpoint. The cabin is dated but overall it had a good cabin feel with a great view from the dinning room table. But the plumbing was less than desirable. Very hard to get a good temp in the shower and low pressure. The floors are very squeaky and doors were hard to close. I made the mistake of thinking the cabin was closer to Marquette so made for long drives back and forth. But...

Their 2 pitbulls will sound the alarm whether at the door to the apartment from inside while you shower, use the back bedroom, or as you pull in the driveway, or when you go downstairs to get something from your vehicle..... Pen was built, but used once in awhile. Had to stop and wait in the driveway for owner to casually corral the corral the dogs before getting out of my vehicle my vehicle. ”

“This home was a wonderful stay for an extended family vacation. The home was spacious and well stocked. The outside area was wonderful. Our only negative feedback was regarding the lake, this is more of a fishing lake than a water sports lake in our opinion, and our boat was too large for this lake. Not the fault of the owners and we were able to enjoy their pontoon for the week which was very nice! However we would not bring our boat back to this location. Otherwise the stay was perfect!”
