However the room itself was clean and well equipped. The location was very nice. Theres a grocery store right across the hotel and restaurants. Beach was a 10 minute walk from the hotel. “It is a very small space and older property but it worked for a few days. I couldn't imagine staying for more than a few days with my two kids. Theres no tv in bedroom and its cooled by window units that blow on the bed. Coming in was a little sketchy at night. Parking is in an alley. They had a decent stocked kitchen and had laundry room and detergent. They had a few beach items such as but all of it was broken. We got to the beach with a broken umbrella so check them beforehand. “We stayed for just an over night girls trip. There were 3 of us. Plenty of space. We had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and utensils along with coffee, which was nice. There were however a lot of scuffs and surface damages to the apartment from prior renters and but nothing that kept us from enjoying our trip. “The property was great. Not far from I95 so getting around was easy. The property had obviously been refurbished and the decor was fantastic. Though we didn’t use it the back yard was nice and tranquil looking. The best thing was all the TV’s had all the streaming services available. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was nicely equipped. We really relaxed in the property once we came back home, making our stay very enjoyable.”

“What an incredible place, just steps away from the beach. Parking was easy, didn’t need a key so could just leave everything (shoes, too!) inside the cottage and spend the day out shelling!
