Pros:
This would be a nice short-term space for one person or a couple. The bed was comfy and the place was clean. Really great views from the windows. Fairly private space, up away from the business of downtown. With a lower price and a few small adjustments, this would be a nice place to stay.
Cons:
Expensive for what's being offered. The pull-out couchbed is really tiny with a very thin pad - it should be specified that it's for a child. No TP holder, it's just sitting atop the toilet tank. The shower door was janky, my colleague got stuck in there because it didn't slide properly. There's a coffee maker but no coffee. Details matter, and they got missed in this property.
