Parte de la hermosa propiedad de Seaward, Rowan Cottage es una de las dos casas de vacaciones en casi 6 acres de costa oeste salvaje (más de mil pies de costa). Ampliamente remodelado en la primavera de 2018, el nivel principal de la cabaña cuenta con un concepto abierto de cocina, comedor y áreas de estudio. Hay dos dormitorios (1 king y 1 queen) y un baño en este nivel. La sala de estar tiene 6 escalones en el nivel del jardín con fácil acceso a través de una puerta de revestimiento al patio. Todas las habitaciones principales tienen grandes ventanales que dan al estrecho de Juan de Fuca y las montañas olímpicas. La calidad de la luz en la cabaña es increíble.
Afuera disfrute de los jardines de la cabaña, la casa de la playa y la playa de guijarros que se funde con Otter Point Park.

Property is amazing beautiful setting and views teenagers loved boathouse to hang out and i loved walking along beach we had picnic dinners by the beach and really enjoyed trails around property and exploring the beaches Inside was very beautiful and comfortable will be coming back

Beautiful Property
We had a wonderful stay in the Rowan Cottage. Spectacular views from every window in the home. Rooms were very well sized and the beds were comfortable. Travelling with a baby we really appreciated the black out curtains. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities. We loved all the beautiful outdoor seating areas. The grounds were very well kept and we had fun exploring the beaches. We will be back and we will stay longer! Amy

Great Spot to Relax
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Hang out next to a fire with the incredible view or outside in the yard overlooking the ocean. The place was clean, comfortable and easily situated. Only 10 mins to Sooke for dining and activities, although you never want to leave! The cutest little coffee shop is only 8 minutes the other direction in Shirley, BC with a large selection of desserts including lots of gluten free options. Great place! Definitely will stay here again when in the area!!

Gorgeous ocean view. The property was clean and well maintained. There are plenty of seating options in the backyard to enjoy the view and share time with friends and family. There is even a beach house for kids to play and do craft creations.

The property was terrific. The cottage is also very nice. Kristi was also excellent. The only negatives were that parts of the cottage are tired such as no handle for screen door, the bbq is almost done and the cleaning could have been better. But that said, it was a wonderful stay and we will return.

Delightful stay
The house itself is lovely and comfortable. The views from large windows that face the ocean leave you entertained as the sky and ocean conditions change and animals peak from the waves, or land on the flowery lawn. The interior is cozy and the master bedroom is roomy. We used the kitchen to prepare many meals. There is abundant plateware and pots. The laundry is conveniently locayed by the kitchen. We cant wait to return.

Perfection
The cottage was a gem. It was perfect with everything clean and modern. The huge windows showed the most breathtaking views. The property itself is gorgeous. We had a wonderful time exploring the beach with the kids and sitting and reading watching the sunset in the adirondack chairs by our cottage. I wish we had booked for longer. We will be back for sure.

Never left the property!
Welcoming and cozy as soon as you walk through the door! Even though it is close to town, we didn't leave the property in the three days we stayed. The cottage was clean and well stocked with extras. Well groomed trails led us to quiet beaches. Enjoyed the isolation while strolling on the sunny day and reading on the rainy days. Cottage was well stocked with fire wood for warming up after wet walks. Spent many hours in the comfortable chairs beside the large windows reading and watching the waves. Saw great verity of wildlife through the windows. Amazing view! Can't wait to come back!
