“The unit was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Perfect for a couple of friends or family members for a weekend getaway. The location was further than anticipated. Parking was not easily accessible. We had to park several blocks away and had to make sure not to park in a “residents only” space. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.”

“Lovely, safe location. Close to many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Having en-suite baths for each of the 3bedrooms was a definite plus as well as two living rooms on two floors. Furnishings very nice and beds were comfortable, newer and pristine clean linens! Enjoyed our stay very much!”

“We just arrived back from a weekend in Newport at this property. The location is fantastic - close enough to walk to all the things but not right in the heat of the tourist area so a bit quieter. We had an issue with a toilet on arrival - it wasn't flushing - but the hosts responded quickly and the gentleman that came to fix it was quick and really sweet. It is a little noisy when people leave the bars but definitely a great spot if you expect to be going out and about during the weekend to have fun.”

“This property is conveniently located to downtown attractions; we parked the car & walked everywhere for the weekend (restaurants, shopping, the mansions, cliff walk, etc...) The house is exactly as pictured, tastefully decorated, comfortable, and clean. We had 2 minor reasons to contact the property management company during our stay and both times they were pleasant and helpful - our small concerns were efficiently dealt with immediately. We will return for sure!”
