“This is the perfect location with lots of space. My family and I were quite comfortable staying here. The only drawback is that the unit isn't the most child friendly as there is a steep spiral staircase we didn't know about until we got there. Additionally, for whoever stays in the room with the queen bed, privacy could be an issue as guests staying in the room with the king bed will need to pass through the room with the queen bed to get to the kitchen downstairs. “Clean and comfortable same. I stayed with my daughter and 2 granddaughters, and the space was just perfect for us. Seafood and ice cream (!) an easy walk from the house. Enjoyed our stay very much.”

“We were in town for a family wedding and the location was perfect for getting around. It’s about a two mile walk to downtown Newport, which we did walk, or it was easy to Uber as well. House was well equipped with pots pans etc, plenty of comfortable beds for everyone and towels. Hosts communicated well and we had a fabulous visit. I would stay here again. ”

“The home far exceeded our expectations. Communication with the owner was excellent. The house is comfortable and perfectly setup for guests. It is a short drive to the beach and other attractions. The kitchen is well appointed and a a great space to cook for a large family. The deck is comfortable (houses a professional grille), and offers beautiful views of the surrounding property. This is a gem and quite unique for South County, Rhode Island. ”
