“The property was great and perfect for our family vacation. The kids enjoyed interacting with the animals and exploring the river bed. The location is close enough to Fredericksburg without being in the city. However, there was no spa/whirlpool, no satellite/cable, and no ice maker available as stated on the VRBO listing. Also, there was no wi-fi in the suite.”

“Property was just as described, it had everything you would need from pot and pants to extra towels and sheets of all sizes. The outdoor area was great it was too cold to get in the pool but the hot tub was great!!The only negative thing I can say was that I expected to meet the owner or at least the person that was in charge of taking care of the property. Just to get information about the area or tell us about the property and animals.But overall I would definitely book again!”

“This home was a great space for our group of friends! Home was clean and spacious. The kitchen was large enough for us all to be in while cooking. The backyard was beautiful and pet friendly. Plenty of parking space available. Dining room and living room had space for us all to hang out. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again when in the area. ”

“Really loved the house and location. It was perfect for my husband’s bday celebration with friends. The house was furnished nicely and everything was clean. I was very paranoid about breaking any rules. There were so many and a charge listed for everything done wrong, that it wasn’t easy to sleep at night, honestly. I am a natural rule follower. The beds were comfy. The place was spacious. The location was perfect. The hot tub was great! ”
