Just what we wanted
The host was in touch with us right away to ensure everything was perfect. It was. The neighborhood was quiet and had a great yard to let our dog get out and play. It was also easy to get to all the attractions and restaurants we wanted to. It’s a smaller home but still fit all the needs of our family of 5. It was priced great and just what we wanted.

Conveniently located for our purpose. Homes, Milligan University, food and groceries. Owner attentive to our needs, wanted for nothing. Porch was a treat for morning and evening coffee. Echo everyone s sentiment of being clean. Only negative is we must have been there between mowings as grass was long and weedy. Previously cut grass clippings were not picked up so we swept the house often. Yard definitely not a deal breaker. Brad and Joy

Perfect little getaway
The house was very clean and well stocked. You can tell a lot of thought was put into little details! There was coffee and accessories, basic spices, saran wrap, board games, some homemade muffins, etc which made our stay that much better. The bathroom makeup station was awesome. Furniture was comfy. Peaceful neighborhood, that is also just a few minutes from Walmart, restaurants, etc. We will be back!

House was as advertised and previous reviews were accurate. Very clean which is priority 1 for me. Had everything you would need. Additionally, everything listed in the house was there. Host was extremely responsive….normally replied in minutes. We enjoyed staying in the house and walking our dogs in the neighborhood.

Clean, clean, clean!! I am very picky about cleanliness and this was by far the cleanest VRBO I have ever used. Beautiful setting. Close to the places we needed. Stocked very well. Comfy beds. TVs in bedrooms a plus! Hot shower. Plenty of bathroom space and counters. Cutest bathroom floor! Just thought of everything to make stay comfortable. Even left banana muffins- yum. Did have a little trouble getting key pad to light up so that I could put in code, but that was probably “user error.” I would totally recommend this property A+!

Beautiful, Cozy Home
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful nature all around. The house was very clean, had all the amenities of home (tv in each bedroom and living room!), and was very cozy. We enjoyed sitting in the porch in the morning drinking our coffee and watching the birds. Our 2 small dogs loved the huge yard and enjoyed their time investigating every inch. We highly recommend this property. The check in was very easy and the host very kind (even leaving homemade bread). We definitely plan to stay again in the near future.

The house served our purposes for us to explore NE Tennessee. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs with us. We did not cook in the home however it had all you would need to do so. It was clean and the living room chairs were comfortable. The counter/chair area in the bathroom was very nice. We enjoyed sitting out on the covered porch. Easy access to get in the house and the owner was easy to contact.

Cozy home just minutes from ETSU (volleyball tournament). One of the cleanest rentals I have ever experienced. Quiet at night for restful sleep. Coffee included! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our 1St VRBO
This was our first VRBO stat, so we were not sure what to expect. When we arrived the owners had left us a loaf of homemade banana nut bread. That was a pleasant surprise. we could've picked a more pleasant place to stay. It was perfect for our needs. Sitting on the front porch in the evening was so relaxing. We highly recommend this cottage.

this house is so cute. Everything was clean when we arrived. The owners provided coffee, tea, even a pitcher of filtered water. Loved the front porch, the furniture is comfortable, although the beds are a little hard. The kitchen is very well stocked, and toiletries are provided. The location is quiet, and private but easily accessible to town. We would definitely recommend this place, and would definitely stay here again.
