“Gary & Patti's cabin was perfect for a group of 4 friends. We went on a fly fishing trip on the South Holston river, and it was close enough to get an early start on the day. The cabin itself is great. Plenty of room and Wifi/streaming worked well. We used the grill and the fire pit a lot. It was secluded with plenty of fun amenities. Would highly recommend if you want an outdoor stay with modern amenities! Property manager, Phil, was great :)”

“We had a wonderful time staying at the Lynch's beautiful and unique cabin. The cabin was a great home base for taking in some of the historic sites at Rocky Mount and Jonesboro. We even made it to the top of Mt.Unaka to Beauty Spot, where we took some amazing after sunset photos .The actual highlight of the trip for me was getting to sit and talk with Johnny about his art and some of his experiences. We hope to make it back again for another stay and to buy another Johnny Lynch print.”

The house is very well stocked, which was a pleasant surprise. If you are bringing children, they have a high chair, pack and play, baby bathtub, plastic dinnerware for the kids. When my husband and I come back to visit our son we’ll be checking to see if this carriage house is available, and we might even bring our granddaughter next time!!”
