“The room is clean and neat. The amenities were completely provided. Nice design for the hot spring tub. Facilities in the hotel is great. Free happy hour with unlimited red/white wine and snacks for the hotel guests, swimming pool and public hot spring are available on the rooftop terrace. The complimentary breakfast has variety of local food, it'd be great if there's sashimi as some 5 stars hotel would most likely offer it.”

“遇到房間在裝修，商家直接幫忙免費升級，家庭四人房直接升級豪華雙人套房（直接升四個等級！），不愧是等級第二的房間太讓人驚艷了！覺得自己才住一晚有點虧😂，之後絕對會再二訪！要過去玩一定要住兩個晚上才玩得到東西，住一天行程真的太趕了！第一天中午12:30就能先辦理入住手續，辦完就可以先去游泳，所以泳具一定要分開放！一定要先拿出來噢！我自己還傻傻跟行李放一起，少了很多玩樂的時間。為什麼要住第二晚？因為可以電影畫完午夜場，睡到9點吃早餐再繼續玩其他設施！大部分設施要早上9:00過後才會開放！”

“櫃檯詳細解說，飯店設施完善，早餐是點餐的方式上餐的，不用擔心吃不飽因為都可以續點，中庭水療、景觀池、游泳池、12F還有付費裸湯可以用，不過房間也有冷泉、溫泉，這次旅程滿滿的放鬆充電感，下次還會回來試試SPA按摩。附近也有許多景點南方澳漁港可以吃海鮮、或到豆腐岬海灣都是停車很方便的景點。這次和家人同行一間日式、一間洋式環境整潔良好。我覺得有一個小小地方可以改進，飯店有提供洗衣設施，但沒有瓦斯乾衣機，只有洗脫烘會花較久的時間，希望飯店能考慮設置乾衣機。”

“Quite nice stay, rooms and bathroom very clean, beds are very firm and comfortable, A/C is efficient in cooling. The half board deal was quite nice especially dinner options were delicious. We took advantage of the shuttle to Jiaoxi Train Station. Overall stay was enjoyable. Although there are other more expensive options around town, this one was good enough value.”
