“My friends and I booked this vrbo just to find out the owner didn’t approve it and we were not able to get into the home. Terrible experience of waiting around for hours for nothing. DO NOT BOOK HERE!”

“It’s a cute, clean, little 2 bedroom bungalow with a vintage, fully functional bathroom and a small, yet stocked and organized kitchen. The absolute best part of this rental is the porch with a locking gate and lots of seating. There’s also a shared courtyard, with lots of seating and a fenced in yard for the dogs to use. The owner of the property is willing to do whatever she needs to do to make your stay enjoyable and offers beach supplies to use during your visit.”

“We (3 adults, 3 children, 2 50lb dogs) had a lovely stay for 4th if July week. The fenced in yard was perfect for dogs. We all enjoyed the screened in porch and swing, ping pong table and outdoor shower. The house was clean and well stocked. The owners were very responsive and gracious. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house!”

They stocked it with everything imaginable down to bandaids, paper products & OTC medicine! “Daniel's cottage is spacious (certainly for one person), clean, and well located, just a short walk into town or to the beach. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and everything went smoothly. Beach badges a major plus! Would definitely stay there again.”

“There was a glitch at check-in and owner was unavailable (due to work related issues) which caused delays in getting into property. After a 5hr drive with kids it was frustrating. All fixed eventually. Love this place would come back.”
