“The property was perfect. So secluded and quiet. In a very peaceful cove! Home was clean and beds were just as good as ours at home. Had an issue with the microwave on day one which was quickly replaced by the owner. The windows need a good cleaning but that wasn't a big deal. Can't wait to return! ”

“We rent a place on Lake Murray every 4th of July. I have to say this is the worse experience we’ve ever had. The kitchen is infested with ants. Ants were all over the counter and got in all our chips and boxes of cereal. There were also ants in the twin size bed downstairs, both showers, and the bathroom vanities. The refrigerator did not work. When we woke up the first morning all our food was warm. We had to get coolers and ice to keep our food cold. The ice maker doesn’t work either. We left...

“My family and I had a wonderful 5 days at this property. There were plenty of comfortable bedrooms to accommodate our whole group with room to spare. Very pleased with the amount of bath towels and beach towels provided along with the many toys for the lake. Our host was very accommodating and we all appreciated that. “The stay was fine. We were grateful for an early check-in. Enjoyed a beautiful boat ride on the lake and lunch at Nacho Margaritas. Our dogs enjoyed the dock and lake. The house was ok. It definitely needs a deep cleaning and more care taken. Large grill was falling apart. Fire pit had all kinds of junk in it. Litter around dock. Basically it needs some TLC.”

“The house met all of my expectations. Location was outstanding and he you were easily able to dock a pontoon boat. The pool and lake were outstanding. “This place is well stocked with kayaks, life jackets, floats, firewood, Chairs etc. Location is great, but drive way is very steep and it can be hard to turn around in--watch the trees! It has a washer and dryer and allows pets (we didn't have them, but that's cool). It even has dog and duck treats. “Our three generation family group very much enjoyed our stay. The setting of the house is even better than advertised, as it sits within its own small cove where the water is much calmer than the main channel. Everyone enjoyed swimming off the dock without any concern about passing boats. The house itself was clean and roomy. On the first day of our stay, we had a few reasons to contact the owners, who provided quick responses. We are happy to recommend this home to others.”
