The condo is lovely - a little dated with the yellow paint and the nicks in the floor. The idea, of course, is that you won't be spending a lot of time in the room, so those small issues weren't a big deal. The bed is very nice. There are plenty of towels and paper products, which is a plus. There's not a room above, so no upstairs neighbors to worry about, and the fitness room is below, so no noise from there either. The view on one side is of the playground and on the other the parking lot. There is not balcony.
It usually took a day or so to get an email response from the property management after I had booked the property. I didn't need them while I was there, so I don't know how responsive they would be if there had been a problem.
My main issue was the description of the location regarding the beach. The beach is actually more like 100 yards or more away from the condo, and the "beach" is really a very, very large sandbox. The water is not accessible from the sand as there are rocks - boulders - blocking the way to the shore. If you're into sunbathing more than walking in the water, it would work. Just don't expect to be looking for shells and sand dollars on this part of the island. There are beach accesses close to the property - just not on the property itself.
I had a great time on the island, but the condo was merely a place to eat and sleep. I'm not sure I would choose to stay there again, mainly because I was looking for something more on the beach than this was, but overall it was a fine place.
