“Very good place to stay. All of the accommodations were excellent. The only difficulty--and this is no fault of the apartment itself--was that it snowed and the roads did not get plowed the morning I needed to get out and it was nearly impossible to drive up the huge hill unplowed. If I hadn't had a four-wheel drive rental car, I would have been stuck. Just FYI, regarding weather and conditions of the resort. It is very hilly and road care could have been much better.”

But it is "on the market" as a rental and you have an obligation given that to manage a few things well for your customers. That is clearly not being done with this property.
