“Loved this place. Host Cynthia was very responsive. Everything was wonderful inside and very clean. We really liked the simple layout of Cozy. Easy access to freeways, quiet nights (but in flight path of SAN Airport, so aircraft noise mornings and evenings). Will most certainly stay here again when we visit our son in the SD area.!!!”

“This studio is clean, comfortable, has an amazing shower with room for 2. We felt very safe with this location and did walk to a great restaurant. It really is a great spot! And there is a swing outside! So cute! ”

“We needed a quiet, comfortable and practical place for our 3 day visit to SD. This is definitely the place. Thanks Cathy for your hospitality and many personal touches. Loved all the decorative plants. We chose using Uber to explore. All the drivers were so kind and friendly. Everyone we talked to are in love with their city.”

“The hosts were all very kind and welcoming. Great property that is like a small oasis, just a hop, skip and jump from all that San Diego has to offer. While the hosts were great, we absolutely LOVED spending time with Ms. Tara, Maxi and Kizzy, the dogs. Anytime we were in the Casita, Kizzy was stationed right outside the door. We already miss the pups.”

“This property is terrific for just 2 people. If you have rented a car it is absolutely a gem because you can park in the garage! Parking in Loma Heights is extremely hard to find— on the street is it and that’s at a premium!. Scott was very responsive, excellent communicator but did not intrude! He made it very easy for us!”
