So hard to leave!
My 7 weeks of absolute happiness, peace, and beauty will never be forgotten. I had the joy of sharing this beautiful home with friends & family rotating through. We were all mesmerized by the creek & totally entertained by the hummingbirds! Home was perfect, kitchen well stocked, beds very comfortable, and truly a fantastic get-a-way! Owner & house manager both very responsive & hospitable. The area has a lot to explore or you can be totally entertained on the beautiful deck. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Lovely Home
Jyoti's home in Jamestown was lovely. Location is exactly what we were looking for, a place in the mountains. The creek behind the house was our favorite. To sit on the back deck and listen to the peaceful rushing water was our favorite part of each day. The house itself was exactly as advertised and incredibly clean. We would definitely stay again on a future trip to Colorado.

Majestic!
This property lived up to all the expectations: beautiful house, gorgeous property and hummingbirds galore. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and listening to the James Creek, even caught some brown trout! The owner thought of everything and we couldn't ask for more. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Get A Way
My two daughters and I stayed here for a little getaway and it was perfect! The home and views were exactly like the posting… nature all around, a small kind community, and the hummingbirds were a plenty! Close to Boulder. Highly recommend! Hope to stay here again.

Calm and beautiful location
This is perfect location to stay for visiting RMNP and places around it. My family had very relaxing time at this stay. The property was very clean and had all facilities you would want. The patio faces river with cascade waterfalls and the feeding hummingbirds were sight to watch. We loved this property and would like to come back again 👌👍

Best Vrbo we have ever stayed at!
When we say this stay was wonderful, it truly doesn’t do it justice. The house was exactly as listed and very clean. Everything was well stocked also. Jyoti was great at communicating prior to our arrival and even alerted us to some potential snow in the forecast. Highly recommend eating at The Merc just down the road within walking distance - super friendly people, good music and even better food! We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Getaway!
The property is exactly as described. Clean, amenities included, clear instructions, beautiful location. When there was a blizzard on the way, the host reached out with help and advice about what we'd need to access the house. And was available to help me get the wifi working (no cell service up there). As the listing makes clear, the host does live downstairs (separate entrance). It didn't bother us, and in fact, was good to know someone was close, because it is pretty isolated up there. But if you want to be alone-alone, I would check to see if they're going to be home when you're staying, as the listing recommends. It's 20 minutes to Boulder, an hour to Denver, and an hour to Eldora ski resort. Go to The Merc (the only restaurant in town) at least once. We loved it there! Great home! Would stay again!

This place is better than the pictures. It is only 20 min out of Boulder and absolutely gorgeous - the house and view was beautiful. We had everything we needed and more. We hung out here as a family and had a great time. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Place!!
This home was so perfect for our family of 5. The bedrooms were spacious and the open floor plan of the living area was as well. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possible need and then some. The view of the falls off of the back deck were so beautiful, we enjoyed that very much. We went to the Pizza night in the park with live music and that was fun and the Pizza was the best ever. We just returned from a wonderful stay in Jamestown, CO. The home was spacious, well appointed and an amazing retreat for weary city dwellers. Don’t let the drive up the hill deter you; it takes as long to drive across town without the payoff of gorgeous vistas and waterfall views. We will cherish the time we spent visiting and highly recommend to others!

Beautiful home and view.
This is my first vacation rental that exceeded expectations. Usually, the real thing is not as nice as the description or online photos. This was nicer than described - a welcome change! The home was clean, kitchen had everything we needed to cook, beds were comfortable, bathrooms nicely updated, plenty of room to hang out. The deck is large and has a beautiful view, we spent most of the time out there. The only things that weren't perfect were: The 3rd bedroom has a double bed which is a bit small for adults. We could not find any grill utensils (great grill though) or fly swatter (just a couple flew in from the deck). The Merc is the only cafe/restaurant in town - It is good but check the hours and menus as they vary from day to day. Lots of hummingbirds most of the day at the feeders on the deck - entertaining! The hosts communicated well, and we would happily visit again.

Wonderful getaway
We loved our adventure to your warm and inviting home in Jamestown. It is perfectly appointed, airy, and bright. The view from the deck to the creek and waterfalls is so peaceful.
