“It was the perfect place for our family to gather for a few days. We all live in different states and enjoyed the chance to come together. The bedroom and bathroom accommodations fit us perfectly. We were able to take advantage of the outdoor fire pits. Hiked in the woods and enjoyed playing many games. Wendy was very responsive to our questions and decorated with a lovely autumn feel. Will definitely book again. ”

“Great place, as others have said. Nearby a lot of hiking trails and the lake which is what we visited for. The place was very secluded and mostly quiet, the only exception being the cows across the street which didn't bother us much at all. If you're looking for a spot near lake Raystown for a reasonable price, I'd highly recommend booking here.”

The view from the fire pit beats any television show - we literally just enjoyed ourselves outside for hours. Inside, the place is immaculate and comfortable, with plenty of blankets and linens.”

“The house was great for our family. It had two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Plus two other bedrooms. Beautiful deck. The fenced in yard allowed play location for the kids. I saw on other comments mention of dust webs...true if you look for them... but welcome to the woods. Overall it has a clean feeling. Advice, bring hand towels... there arent any in the 4 bathrooms in the house. If we go back to Raystown...wed reserve this house again!”
