Highly recommend
Very clean! Our family of 5 fit with no problem using the pull out couch. Loved sitting on the porch with morning coffee. The host was very quick to respond when I had a question. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely stay at one of their properties!

Peaceful and quiet
Enjoyed our stay house had all our needs. Great place for our 2 dogs. We have a 3 legged dog it was so easy for her to get in and out from the deck. Which is one reason I chose this house. It also made it easy to get our stuff in and out. If pulling a boat will need 4 wheel drive to get up the driveway. We had a great stay! We would stay again.

Secluded
Needed a place to celebrate Thanksgiving at the last minute near Martinsburg. Home is up the side of a mountain, but was as advertised and a pretty good location for Raystown.

Perfect Family Place to Visit College Son
Everything was just perfect. My husband, daughter, and I brought the family dog from NJ, and we had such a special bonding time with our Juniata son playing board games and making s'mores. We would love to come back. Thank you for everything!! (We did need to unclog the toilet a few times, but it all worked out!) Thanks for a clean, warm home with special outdoor lights, games, extra pillows, paper towels, soap, and kitchen needs!

Nice property, clean, as described. Private setting, but not secluded. We were there for the lake and Penn State football game (1 hr away), but the weather was bad and we did not get to the lake.

Cottage was very cute. Nice private lot with great outdoor spaces/ wrap around covered porch etc. Everything you need to cook etc. Only downside was my bed had visible cat hair on it and I reacted to it a bit. It wasn’t horrible but definitely knew it was there.

Best Host Experience
First time I did not have to chase down the host to receive access instructions. Had an issue with the tank for the gas grill. Fixed the next morning. Great response time. Place is very clean and well stocked. I would stay their again.

Cozy, convenient, but needs work.
Cabin is convenient to Raystown Aitch boat launch. Nice covered decks on side and rear for poor weather. Nice newer appliances. Cons...deck railing has many nails sticking up to get caught on, erosion hole next rear deck could be safety hazard. Fire pit is on top of a hill and too far from cabin. My elderly mother couldn't get to it to enjoy a fire after lugging our own firewood to the cabin. Above sink light switch is way too high, you have to be 6 foot tall to reach it. Supposed to be a 6 person cabin but had 1 roll of toilet paper, really? Having to make my own bed with sheets the didn't even fit after paying a cleaning fee....have you ever been to a hotel you had to make your own bed? My biggest con is the driveway. The entrance is four wheel drive steep and half washed out. Needs graded and cut down less steep. You can't see over the crest going down it. Don't get me wrong, I'm not bashing it but with some work it can be really nice.

Our stay near Raystown lake
Beautiful scenery , loved the outdoor space, mattress was very soft, when checking to make sure we didn’t miss anything, noticed the center brace on bed frame was not properly in place

We had a very nice time at KC Camp. Great place to recharge. There was no dishwasher or washer/dryer. Not a huge problem but be prepared. Overall very nice experience.

Small family getaway
This is a quaint place to stay. Great size for 3. No local cable channels for weather or news and need to be familiar with tech TV. Quiet until next door home rented. Which has no reflection on the owners. Very remote, stores 15 miles away. Overall relaxing spot in the mountains

JUNIATA COLLEGE BASEBALL TRIP
Perfect fit for weekend of baseball at Juniata College. College st up route 26 15 minutes. Wished we could have stayed longer and enjoyed wrap around deck and grill. Couldn’t find washer and dryer. Is there one for future booking?

Extremely clean and cozy property located close to Seven Points Marina for easy access to Raystown Lake. Quiet and peaceful location, with great outdoor seating area. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Property with woods all around
The outdoor area was fantastic with plenty of seating for eating outdoors. Very quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again. Few things I need to mention when you rent a vac. property you do not want to have to make the bed when you arrive. The shower needs grab bars for safety. The rug in the LR is curling up by the front door and is a tripping hazard.

Property was in great condition, 5 minute drive from Raystown Lake boat drop. Very private and relaxing with great outdoor seating areas. We really enjoyed the fire pit!
