Mi casa de playa está ubicada en el centro de Jaco Beach, a una cuadra de la calle principal en el centro de Jaco. A solo 5 minutos a pie de 3 supermercados, 2 bancos y 30 restaurantes y tiendas, pero a la vez ubicados en un entorno tranquilo y privado.
Desde nuestra propiedad frente al mar puede escuchar el sonido constante de las olas y sentir la brisa del océano. Tenemos una hermosa piscina justo en frente de la playa, para relajarse o para entretenerse con amigos y familiares.
A menudo se pueden ver las guacamayas, tucanes, gekos y, por supuesto, las iguanas verdes de la propiedad.
La casa principal tiene 2 dormitorios y los otros 4 dormitorios están al lado de la piscina, separados de la casa por un hermoso jardín de flores con más de 100 especies de plantas.
Esta casa es limpia, cómoda y muy bien mantenida, tiene pisos de baldosas nuevas, gabinetes de cocina nuevos con encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de cocina nuevos. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado para que pueda dormir cómodamente y todas las camas son colchones de almohadas con 300 sábanas de amenazas
El Parque Nacional Manuel Antonio está a solo una hora en coche de la casa, donde se pueden ver diferentes tipos de monos, perezosos y hermosas playas de arena blanca.
Para una emoción, puede disfrutar de los diferentes recorridos en el área, como el recorrido en ATV o Canopy Zip Line.

Excellent place to stay
The Green Iguana is amazing! The location is perfect right in the middle of everything and easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, grocery stores and liquor stores. The entry to the alley is a little sketchy at certain times of the evening/night, but no one ever bothered us. The patio, pool and ocean crashing behind the fence make this the perfect place to just chill and have a cocktail or dinner. The owner, Steve was very responsive and helpful, answering all our questions and arranging transportation for us. May and her sister were awesome helping us out when we needed it and keeping everything clean and tidy. We will definitely be back!

Lovely Property
The home in Jaco Beach was the perfect size for our two families. Our host was friendly and responsive. The pool and beach access was convenient and fun. The only detractor was the “adult” transactions occurring at the end of the driveway/street. It was sad and stressful to walk past any time we left the house.

July Family Vacation
Steve and the housekeeping were excellent. They was prompt with responding to all the request we had while there. There was a total of 11 of us and all accommodations were up to par. Initially we were shocked because of the activity on the side street but throughout our stay there we had no worries or concerns with the nightlife activities. We also had an amazing night out on the town with the lady’s that’s take care of the upkeep for the property.

2024 Boys trip
Entire vacation was fantastic. Host / owner and staff could not of been more friendly. Location on the beach, two buildings with multiple bedrooms, common gathering areas and pool made this vacation a huge success for my six buddies and me. The location was very close to the adult activity, casino, stores and restaurants. Special thanks to the property staff. They worked hard and always seemed to have a smile and positive attitude.

Stop and Book
What a perfect location! The house is in the heart of Jaco and pretty much walking distance to everything in town. Steve was a fantastic host. Super responsive during the booking process and was always available throughout our stay. He made us feel right at home and made sure we knew everything about the house and the neighborhood. The house and property are very well maintained. Direct access to the beach is an added bonus. The housekeeping service was fantastic. Steve also recommended Dennis and Melanie for private dining services. They were amazing! The food was excellent and they made sure we were taking care from the second we contacted him. We ended up booking them for two dinners and a breakfast because and regretted not booking them for the length of our stay! Highly recommend their business Bella Vista Cocina if you are looking for private dining service! We will be taking cooking classes during our next stay. Overall our trip was fantastic! Thank You Steve!

Jaco Beach House
The house is hidden down an unkept alley which was concerning upon arrival. Otherwise, it was exactly as advertised! The rooms were clean and the location was perfect for our group. We had direct beach access with restaurants & clubs literally next door. You could sit in the back and listen to the ocean or turn on the pool waterfall and be in a private oasis. The house is secure and we never were worried about our safety.

Steve has a wonderful property, conveniently located in the middle of town. The property is very well maintained and was cleaned daily during our visit. Amazing property with an unbelievable location
Pictures do not do this place justice. The location is excellent - almost too good to be true! Steve is kind and helpful. Vicki and her daughter keep the place super tidy and they are both super sweet. I will recommend to friends and family.

Great location and very spacious
Three generations of our family went to the beach house and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. It's super spacious with much more room than our party of 7 needed. The main house could use a bit more lighting, especially in the kitchen, as cooking after dark isn't convenient. The pots and pans were plentiful but the dishes need upgrading. The last recommendation is to upgrade the cable to digital as the analog system is missing multiple channels and the picture doesn't come through well on many. Regardless of those minor issues, it was a great stay and we could easily see ourselves renting it again.

Great Vacation Home
This is me and my friends second time staying here. We really enjoyed the property. Fits 8 adults comfortably with a full kitchen for a chef to cook. Pool was regularly clean and beach access was 20ft away. Steve was a great host with great knowledge of the area and recommendations.

Property & People Deliver
Property and location was just as advertised. It's best attribute were the people - Anna took care of all of our needs promptly and with a constant smile. Gustavo (the private chef recommended) created a meal experience that drew an ovation at a reasonable price and Primo - the driver - was always on time, very knowledgeable and everyone felt safe with him in command. Only downside of the trip was an oven that did not work (stove top worked as did the BBQ so adopting a 'pura vida' attitude meant not having a working oven was not a major obstacle). Our biggest complaint would have to be the condition of the pool - turned from a brilliant blue to a chemical-filled green mess several days after our arrival. Despite daily service visits, they were unable to restore the blue until the day we left. Bottom line - after two weeks in paradise, several family members are already talking about a return visit.

The property was centrally located to town and anything you wanted to do. The beach was pretty but too rough to play in. The pool area was where we spent most of our time. Plenty of chairs to relax and hang out. Plenty of room/beds for large parties

Great Vacation Home in Center of Town
We were a group of 12 first visit to Jaco . Steve and Vickie were excellent hosts. They were nearby for any questions or issues, and they quickly resolved them. The property is gorgeous right on beach for lovely sunsets. pool area was great to hang out. Safe and secure property,near to everything. Try the chef Dennis was reasonable price and the food was delicious . Thank YOu for a wonderful first visit to Costa Rica we will be back. Sara K

Amazing yard
Steve was a great host, very helpful, great advice/ help for local tours. There were pros and cons though. The pool and patio area/ ocean access and flora was the best part of the property. It is very secure and beautiful. We were disappointed in the maintenance of the house/ villas. It needs some upkeep. The kitchen lighting is dark for cooking and the kitchen amenities were not as expected. The beds in the villas were very hard with flat pillows. The beds in the main house were good. The farmers market is a worthwhile visit, is just a 20 minute walk on Thursday and Fridays only. The property is close to restaurants and the main grocery store.

GREAT family getaway
The pool was an absolute hit EVERY day, rain or shine! We all lived in and around the pool. The house away from the pool excellent for small kids for safety but close enough to feel always included. Recommend using Steve's chef. His name is Dennis and his business is Bella Vista Cocina. We hired them for a dinner for 6 adults & 2 kids and it was excellent.

10 guys in Jaco
We enjoyed the house and local access to everything downtown. There were 10 of us and we were comfortable the whole time. Annie and her sister took great care of us with any request we had. Everything was as advertised in the house. The beach is not as nice or clean as the picture looks, which is obviously not the owner's fault but worthy of noting if the beach is a deal-breaker for you.

PARADISE LIVING
Truly an amazing property. We felt like we were in a tropical paradise, because we were! The accommodations were perfect, spacious, clean - on site cleaning lady came in every am and made everything like it was upon arrival - the location is perfect for access to town and the beach literally at the back door (and the lifeguard tower is right by the gate too) and close to so many excursions. I would definitely say we will be back. This worked well for our group of 8, with a ton of extra space had we been double the number. We ranged in age from 24 to 50 and everyone was thrilled. We were visited by many large iguana, a racoon, macaws, hermit crabs in the thousands, some other crabs that came into the rooms to visit so watch when leaving your doors open! Bats and squirrels, it's was great. Steve was on hand in minutes to help with any of our needs, a fantastic host. One of our ladies left her ring on the sink when we left and she thought for sure it was a gonnet, but Steve found it and is mailing it for her! STAY HERE AND SEE WHY PEOPLE MOVE TO THIS BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY - And download Uber - it's super cheap and just as easy to use as anywhere else. Only word of advice for those traveling with children, the ally to access the house at night is used by a plethora of activities you would want to keep your minors from. The property is beyond secure and we never felt anything but safe, amd someone was always on site so no worries when going out for the day.
