Nice Spacious house near Mayo (Bring Towels)
The overall house was clean and spacious. There was no coffee pods in the kitchen so had to go buy a coffee machine. Not near enough towels for a house this size. We had to go purchase some of those as well. There was no hot water on the day we checked out so cold showers it was. TV's were not mentioned in the bedrooms but it would have been nice to have one in at least the children's room.

Best Family Time
We had a great time, the place was immaculate, and everything we thought it would be and more.Eric was so easy to work with - between letting us check in early since we drove from Michigan to Jacksonville Beach and arrived early. Eric was also very helpful with some tips for getting around Jacksonville Beach. I would rent from Eric again. Patricia Conigliaro

Everything was great. The house was adorable in the inside and clean. The outside was nice and clean as well with a lot of back yard space for my 1 year old to play. If I had to say anything negative, it would be not enough wash cloths and towels but that was an easy fix!

Great location!
The location of this unit was perfect. 25 minute walk to the beach and a beautiful nature preserve. Also super close to a wide variety of stores. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet as well. The inside of the house was very clean and equipped with extras such as soaps, sunscreen, detergent, etc. The pool is not heated, or covered, so was not usable for our stay in March. The management company was very helpful and responsive via email any time of the day.

Good house
This house was good. Clean, nice. Kitchen/living room area great! House was listed at sleeping 10+, however I had an extra fee for 7 people, so I was a little unhappy with that. I asked for reasoning, but never heard back. Location was in good area, little farther from beach than expected, but was still okay. Pool is not heated, so in December not able to use.

This was an incredible place to stay. My family and I were visiting only for the weekend and really wanted a nice private place with a pool. This house had everything that we needed. The owner’s communicated very well and helped out whenever I needed a hand. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks for everything !

Fun in Jax
We rented Eric's place for a guys golf trip and it was the perfect location to come back to each day and relax by the pool. Very clean home with everything we needed and the beds were quite comfortable. Highly recommend if you are planning a trip in or around Jax Beach/Ponte Vedra.

Awesome clean property and great communication
This was a great property everything was clean and functional. It was perfect for our group of 5 as everyone had their own bedroom. The 2 baths made getting ready every day very easy as well. The kitchen has a huge island and all kinds of counter and cabinet space which made getting groceries easy to store. The best part of the property is communication from the owners. They made check in super easy, and even checked in on us to make sure everything was ok with our stay during the week. Our family will certainly consider staying with this property owner whenever our travel needs connect with where their properties are located.

Great location in a nice neighborhood
While I was visiting the Mayo Clinic the rest of the family enjoyed this wonderthoise and pool. Close to the beach (plenty of public parking,) a fantastic playground, and a great neighborhood made this a perfect vacation spot.

Tucked Away
In 40 years of being in the Jax area, I was unfamiliar with this location. Its an excellent location and property. Both Uber and Lyft had no problem and we were able to enjoy Ponte Vedra and Jax Beach with ease. It was very close to JTB so we were able go everywhere with convenience. The property has a huge back yard with a pool and grill amenities. The large oaks are grand and gorgeous. The layout of the home facilitates working remotely with plenty of signal strength and bandwidth. I'll be back

Immaculate property- convenient to everything!
Rented this lovely home for a long weekend for a family reunion just minutes from this house. No detail was spared in the renovations right down to the comfort of the bed and pillows..(I'm fussy)..The pool and private backyard was an added bonus that we sat out by just to enjoy the sun...you will not be disappointed in this home!

Great House!
House is as nice as pictured, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. We loved sitting in the nice yard and breakfast on the picnic table on the back porch. Also, it is very convenient to JAX and Ponte Vedra beaches, Mayo Clinic, Sawgrass Golf Course, etc... Nearby Palm Valley Fish Camp was hands down our favorite seafood restaurant! The host is very responsive if you need anything. We also enjoyed visiting the historic town of Fernandina along with Fort Clinch State Park and Kingsley Plantation on Amelia Island. Taking the ferry at Mayport can make for a quicker and more interesting trip to Amelia Island. If you cross the bridge to Amelia then we recommend eating at Down Under restaurant under the bridge. All and all this was a great stay!
