When we arrived after a long day of travel, all we wanted to do was take a hot shower, eat dinner and walk in the beach. But, we turned to water on and it came out muddy. We immediately called the management and sent pictures. We asked for another room or a reimbursement. At first they did not want to until they saw the pictures and we told them it was not safe or sanitary to shower or drink. After several hours of back and forth they moved us to a new condo but same location. There was loud construction outside of the balcony too. I was glad the management worked with us. The first place was dirty and dust too. And we paid a $200 cleaning fee when we booked (for what I don’t know, it was filthy). The second place was nice but it took the entire rest of our evening for management to find a new place even though it was in the same condo complex building. Since check in was until 3pm in the first condo, we didn’t get to our other condo until after 8pm so it really was a disappointing day. We wasted one whole day and night of a 2 night stay. Management did finally offer us a compensation of our booking fee.
