So glad we booked here.
Everything about this place was excellent, very pleased. The view of the beach and ocean from out balcony could not have been better. Had my pet with me and there was plenty of green space for her. Everything we could have wanted was in walking distance or a short drive

Beautiful view and very tidy, cute condo.
I rented this condo for my daughter and her new husband as he was coming to meet the family. I actually live in Jacksonville Beach but did not have enough room for them. I have only one complaint. I got there early to make sure everything was okay before they arrived, and I found there were no bed linens. No sheets, no pillowcases, etc. I called Vacasa and they said they would send someone from Property Management over with bedding. They never showed. I had to use my own bedding (thank goodness I live in the area).

Inaccurate listing
The only good thing about this property is the location and oceanfront view. This listing is not appropriate for a family unless your kids are under 5. The “master” bedroom is barely big enough to fit the bed. The second room adjoins with sliding doors that don’t lock and don’t even close all the way. Privacy with your spouse is not possible. The second room has one bed that can turn into a trundle with a lot of effort however the mattresses are so thin, only small children would find them comfortable. There is not much provided as far as extras. Make sure to pack toilet paper and laundry detergent if you are staying for more than a couple days. The washing machine was moldy. No fabric softener provided. Bathroom needs updated as shower has separate handles for hot and cold which both leak. Shower pressure is terrible. I complained on several of these issues and had no response from Vacasa. Complaints fell to deaf ears.

Stayed for two days in early March, could have stayed for a month!!!!! This place was even better than advertised. Right on the beach! Well appointed! The check in process was spot on. Nothing bad to say. I will return next year.

Relaxing respite
Location and views were great. So relaxing to look at beach while in living room & kitchen. Bedroom fairly small but spacious with double pocket doors to side bedroom open. Ample storage space. The listing's pics were accurate. A couple minor maintenance issues, such a shower faucet difficult to totally turn off, but did not interfere with pleasant stay. We'd be happy to stay here our next JAX Beach trip.

No Working Elevator!
This condo on the beach was rented because it had an elevator. We were notified that extensive work was being completed in December so I wasn't worried that we'd have a problem when we checked in on January 10th. Was traveling with my 86 year old mother who has COPD. We arrived after dark, had trouble getting in with the door code for about an hour and there was no working elevator. We were there for a wedding so there were multiple events we were required to attend which meant several trips each day up and down those stairs. Then, I had to request a new door code because the original code stopped working after the first 12 hours. The best thing about this unit was location and the local woman I spoke with - Tina - she is wonderful and probably saved us from just having to abandon this rental. She took her time to get the lock recoded. And lastly - post the internet sign-on info in the unit. How hard would that be. And get some basic cable. Tried every day to sign on to my Xfinity account on the main TV but the system never would connect. I'd put in the user name and password for my account, hit NEXT and nothing happened other than the ON/OFF light at the bottom right of the TV flashing red and blue alternately. Pretty disappointing stay overall... and oh, the parking spot - #20 - has a giant cement pole on the INSIDE of the parking spot....go figure.

Beach view
Very nice property on the 4th floor overlooking the beach. Loved watching the waves daily and seeing the sunrise and beautiful sunset. Walked the beach daily. Sat on balcony to eat lunch or just coffee. Everything inside was perfect and we were especially glad there was a washer/dryer for our use. It was only one mile from our son and family. Will go again.

Great View could use improvements
Great view. Upon check in, a broken mirror was sitting on the bedroom desk. The property team removed it once notified. The washer worked but the dryer did not. We stayed 5 nights with intentions on doing laundry. Property team was notified but dryer was never fixed. Nice affordable place with a great view. Don’t expect everything to be perfect. It’s the beach. Just enjoy your vacation.

The location was great and the beach was never too crowded, however there were a lot of things that weren't taken care of or broken on the property. For the price we paid we shouldn't have had to deal with these issues such as... 1. The elevator inspection expired over two years ago and the entire back wall of the elevator is coming off where you can see the inside of the elevator shaft. 2. The pool gate doesn't lock, nor does the trash gate. 3. The room had a large broken mirror sitting on a desk, a broken chair chair on the balcony, a broken toilet roll holder, and a broken towel holder. 4. The sliding door to the balcony doesn't lock or even latch. None of the sliding doors latch. 5. There's a 10 digit code to get into the room but the shower window right beside the front door doesn't latch OR lock so we were never actually secure or safe in this room. 6. We also had to clean the counters, dishwasher, and all the dishes before use. Overall we paid way too much to have all of these major issues.

Stovetop barely worked it took 35 minutes to make bacon only got 1/2 roll toilets paper REALLY for that kind of money inexcusable and no trash bag and only 1/2 roll of paper towel unexcepable could of stayed at hotel and got that stuff and if your not going to supply that stuff at least tell me and why would you leave a broken chair in the room I would like a call back on this also the bedroom windows only opened an inch why look forward to talking to someone about this

Beach Getaway
We had a great time. The condo had a few small issues like a broken toilet paper holder hanging off the wall, duct tape on one of the doors, and the cover falling off a drawer. These things didn’t really hurt our stay at all, just small little things. The condo could have used some dusting/a deeper cleaning in some areas but overall it was nice. The elevator in the building wasn’t the best & the elevator certificate posted expired in 2021. There was no parking pass for our parking spot, but we didn’t have any trouble without it. Also note that this parking spot has a pole in it so we had to back out each time in order to open the back passenger door. I drive a midsized SUV, but those with a larger vehicle may have trouble parking. The location on the beach was beautiful & it can’t get any better than the quick walk. The beach was great and not too crowded. The views from the balcony were breath taking. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

Pros: Right on the ocean, amazing sunrises, listening to the waves crash at night. Kitchen stocked with basic cooking supplies and included salt/pepper/seasonings. Location was great for getting around town. Beach access next to building. Cons: Bathroom needs major update/repairs. The hot water valve was broken off in the shower making it very difficult to turn on the hot water. (This was mentioned in a review from March, at least 3 1/2 weeks before we arrived and has not been repaired). The toilet paper holder was broken off the wall. The shower curtain rod was propped on the wall with 2 push pins at either end. You had to be very careful when opening/closing the shower curtain or it all came off the wall.

On the beach but...
Great location, on the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Email said you need parking pass and will be on kitchen counter. But no pass needed but when you get their at night and wondering if your car will get towed was annoying. Just park in assigned number space Bathroom in need of update. Broken toilet paper holder. 2nd bathroom had no electricity and had to call maintenance to flip breaker. Hot water knob kept falling off in shower Bare bones decor. Looks more like a hostel. Overall needs to be painted. Pocket door kept falling off the track.

Well …
We loved the location. It couldn’t have been better. When we arrived there was a repair man working on one of the bathrooms. There was no electricity in that bathroom. No window, no lights. The repairman said he’d be back, he never did. In the hood bathroom it looked like the toilet paper holder had been ripped from the wall. Part of it was still hanging onto the wall. The rest of the condo was fine. Great kitchen, great family room, Great bedroom.

Maintenance Problems Go Unfixed
Electric breaker switch kept lights in small bathroom not working as well as breaker outlet in main bathroom. Shower rod fell and spring mechanism not working. Hot water knob fell off in bath. These maintenance items had their toll on enjoyment of water views. Promises of local maintenance person to fix issues not kept.
