Weekend Stay
Myself, my husband and our cousin stayed in this condo for a wedding weekend. We really enjoyed the house and our stay. It was equipped with all toiletries, laundry products, bedding and towels. We didn’t spend much time home so we did not get to use the kitchen but it was very well appointed and seemed to have everything you’d need. Location was central, parking was right outside the front door and the house was spotless. I would definitely recommend this rental!

I’m so very glad I came across this lovely home instead of booking a hotel room for the same price! It is just as clean and cozy as it looks in the pictures. I stayed for three nights, was able to cook most of our meals, and wifi worked very well! Neighbors were very quiet however the same can’t be said about the cars driving down the main road, but that can’t be helped can it. I would most definitely stay here again, thank you Luis and Lisa !

Nice quiet place to relax
I was pleased with my stay here! Very cute townhome! Loved the boho theme throughout! I did not use the place much except to sleep during the day mostly due to work and I was able to sleep without being woke up mid day. The neighorhood is quiet but the community trash receptacle was across the building. Only negative- It was always full and a mess of trash outside. Again not the owners fault and you get that at any shared community complex. There is a Roku TV downstairs that let me log into my subscriptions. The kitchen had to go coffee cups which was awesome! Beds were fine with extra pillows. The washer and dryer were extra large to wash/dry all your clothes! If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay that is quiet and cute I would recommend this place.

Nice Place
The place was nice and located in a nice area with a designated parking spot right next to the front door. The issues were in regard to the access code which did not work upon arrival. Communication with the host was difficult becasue they were out of the country at the time of check-in. Had the door code and arrival communication with hosdt had been better I would have given everything five stars. I will say if I had to do it over I would ensure a secondary door code was provided in case there is a problem. Otherwise I would use the same host and VRBO again in the future.

Disappointed
We were not told that we had an additional parking space across from the unit at the adjacent property. The neighbor had to show us so we weren't always in her space when our family who lives in town came to visit. The beds are not true queen size mattresses. They are closer to full size even though the manufacturer mattress tag says queen. My husband was disappointed since his feet were hanging off the bed. The check in and check out times on the VRBO website and in our email trip reminder sent from VRBO had different times stated than intended by the owner. Looks like it is now corrected on the listing. This inaccuracy in the listing was disappointing because it caused me some stress trying to get the owner to agree to correctly allow me the time as stated on the listing as booked and instructed by VRBO. We had ants climbing the walls in the living room while we were sitting watching TV. I told the owner about it in a text message requesting ant traps and she didn't seem concerned to address the problem until after we left. This was disappointing. The property where this unit is located is facing the complex trash dumpster area which was always full of trash scattered about the dumpster area and piled high outside of the dumpster containers. Unsightly loose trash was blowing through the parking lot on windy days and strewn throughout the property complex. It was messy and unclean. This was disappointing. Entire townhome complex is rundown and in need of repairs.

Super nice
Very clean and nice townhome. Host was super friendly and responsive. I only wish there were more towels available or I was told to bring some. Other than that it was amazing and I would definitely stay again.

Highly recommend
My husband, 1 year old, myself and BIL/SIL were in town for the arrival of our new nephew. The welcoming home provided all of the essentials and exceeded expectations. The location is perfect for families visiting local military bases. Check in/out and communication was easy. Definitely hope to stay again sometime in the future!

Perfect amount of space for myself, my husband and two boys located close enough to the military base to visit our Marine son. Most basic needs were available which made traveling from Texas that much easier. The host is was also great!

Visiting our Marine son getting promoted
We came from Ct to see our Marine as we've done many times before. I will saw this was one of the nicest properties we've stayed at. Nicely decorated, very clean and ALL the little extras were amazing!!!! I've never stayed at a place where they supplied so much from the bathroom to the kitchen. Lisa is a great host!!!

WONDERFUL home!!!
Our stay was very comfortable. The decor was fabulous and exact to the photos. All the extras supplied, laundry detergent, bathroom soaps and the coffee pods made the unit that much more like home. The community and home is in a VERY quiet area. The owners were very responsive and responded to emails right away. Would definitely rent here again.
