Wonderful beach stay for family
We are repeat visitors of this wonderful unit. The location is great, as it’s a 5 minute walk down a boardwalk to the pool and beach. There are a lot of kid friendly amenities, including a pack and play, booster seat, and a washer/dryer. You can rent a golf cart and scoot around the property too.

Our trip was cut short due to potential weather issues with Milton. Victoria was a dream to work with from start to finish. The condo is perfectly appointed and well thought out. The property is gorgeous and we hope to stay again!

Great family beach spot
Amelia is the best. Fun for families. Set the kids free on bikes. Explore. Great comfortable place that slept 6 of our group of 11. The other 5 found another beach walker spot so it worked out perfectly. Great view, pool and sleeping. Not fancy…. It’s beach, bike, golf, tennis, fun. VickiGator. Great communicator and detailed info on everything. Might have to retire here!

Great location and property
My husband and I took our 15 year old and 5 of her friends to spend time in Amelia Island. We have always had a great time and this time didn’t disappoint either. The place is great and had everything we needed to spend a care free week. We cooked some of the meals ( nice grocery store close by) and we ate at the restaurants in the Omni resort as well. The place is fantastic and just as described. We had a couple of questions for the owner and she responded very quickly. We had a car that was just under 8’4” ( transit van) and we weren’t able to park in our assigned parking spot but had plenty of empty spots to pick from. The pool was very close and the beach view was spectacular from the apartment.

Fantastic!
This condo is beautiful, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed, including a crockpot. There were seven of us and it did not feel cramped at all. The views are spectacular and the property was gorgeous with all the large oak trees. Our family and friends had a great time! Thank you!

Fantastic trip to Amelia Island
Visited this beautiful condo with both my and my sisters family. The condo was very clean and the host was very attentive to making sure our trip was enjoyable! There is plenty of space, great views and an awesome location near both beach and pool. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Perfect beach stay
Very clean and well equipped. Beach towels and chairs were onsite. Kitchen had everything you’d need for cooking in. And lots of seating for our large group. Definitely will return! Beach, grill and pool are a lovely and easy to use.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our time in Amelia Island. The view from the condo was spectacular, the layout was ideal as we had plenty of space to be comfortable. We loved the decor and aesthetic of space. There was also so much to do in the area - we will definitely be returning!

40th Birthday Family Trip
Our trip to Amelia Island and this particular condo was excellent. The property was awesome overall and the proximity to the beach and the pool was great. The wildlife around the condo itself was really cool for my kids and it was always fun just walking to and from the beach. The condo is close to the grocery store, restaurants, golf courses and shops which was really cool as well. Me and my family will be back and will most likely stay at this same property in the future. Highly recommend!!

Family wedding weekend
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely updated and furnished with everything we needed. Super comfortable beds! I have been to this resort many times and I will say that this was the best check in process and we were given so much information about things to do and where to eat. Would recommend and would certainly stay again

Go ahead and book it!
We loved this rental. The condo was beautiful and the view was wonderful. Easy access to the beach and the pool and we enjoyed staying on Omni property and enjoying the mini golf, bike/walking trails and the shops and restaurants on site. Everything we needed was at the condo. We would go back again without thinking twice.
