Esta magnífica casa de 2940 pies cuadrados se encuentra en un prestigioso vecindario junto al lago. Hermoso y lujoso, ofrece una gran sala de estar de concepto abierto con una terraza acristalada climatizada contigua de 400 pies cuadrados con una pared interior de vidrio con bolsillos diseñada para llevar el aire libre adentro y afuera. El exterior de la terraza acristalada está construida con puertas de vidrio que se pueden abrir y apilar para facilitar un porche al aire libre. La terraza acristalada está cómodamente amueblada con un sofá de cuero y una gran mesa y sillas de comedor al aire libre. También tiene un televisor de pantalla grande montado en la pared y lujosos ventiladores de techo. 2 patios al aire libre flanquean la terraza acristalada a ambos lados. Un patio tiene una hoguera de gas que está rodeada de cómodas sillas al aire libre. El otro patio tiene una estación de parrilla cubierta (parrilla de carbón) y una mesa y sillas al aire libre. Las sillas de gravedad cero están disponibles para tomar el sol.

Early Thanksgiving
Didn't realize until once we arrived. We had rented the property before nice location. But we found it the same as before, really needed a hard cleaning (cockroaches reported) The furniture was the same old poorly functioning as earlier. Overall, nice location, but really needs to update the furniture and a heavy cleaning. We would not book the property again and appreciate property management requirements to protect against bad guests some additional comments. 1st it is not a gated community and overboard requirements on who is staying or visiting (Name, car license information). A simple review of our previous bookings should serve as to validate whether we are abiding guests.

Thanksgiving and Wedding Weekend
Was in town for the Thanksgiving and a family wedding, stayed at the house with our immediate family. The house was perfect with plenty of room and space. Really enjoyed the large sun room that is an extension of the large living space. Owner was very reponsive. I would highly recommend this location and would stay here again.

Great place for a football game
Came here with my brother, father, and a couple friends to watch the Packers take on the Jags.. This was the perfect spot for us as it was spacious had enough bathrooms and showers and it didn't take long to get to the neighborhoods in the city with the dining. The place was clean, had a pool table that we enjoyed and plenty of TVs for College and NFL football watching. Great for a boys weekend. Could also see my extended family staying here in the future with my kids as we were only 20 munites from downtown and 40 minutes to Jacksonville beach and St Augestine. We were able to visit all these places in one weekend. You would just need to rent a car.

Beautiful Home
Wow what a beautiful home. We enjoyed playing pool in the front room and cards within the back porch area. Everything was very nice and we enjoyed being in the center of the things we needed to do. I would recommend staying here - great for a family.

Overall an Enjoyable Extended Family Experience
House - 4 out of 5 Cleanliness- 2 out of 5 (Especially in kitchen area. Cooking utensils and cookware need to be replaced. Found dirty dishes). Sunroom - 5 out of 5, as advertised. Didn't find directory or booklet listing local establishments, places of interest, etc. like you normally find in a vacation rental.

We visited family members in Jacksonville of which they have a beautiful homes as well but not as big as this one so we decided to book here. The day before arrival of our trip I didn’t receive the directions of where the property is so I sent a text of the address. The host sent me a text the balance is not paid so I screenshot where it was paid in full so she responded by sending a screenshot of the balance. I was kind of lost of the 20.00 extra fees so I paid for additional of a few relatives but the other ones had to stay at the relatives home that lives in Jacksonville. I was also told that other guest can not have access to the property if 20.00 wasn’t received which kind of threw us off on family dinners that we planned. I reviewed the host policy only confusion after the 20.00 paid on each guest that was staying overnight was that the ones that was able to be on the property….by ready the policy I assume the other ones can be considered visitors before we made plans for dinner I contacted the host just to confirm can we have visitors she stated all guest had to pay. We had no problem with this BUT the issues driving back and forth to relative home. We really didn’t get a chance to enjoy this beautiful home because the days we were there we got up and went straight to family home and got back in late so mainly we booked just to sleep. Could’ve been better to at least had family visits. So we could’ve have more room for our lunchtime and dinner time.

12 of our family stayed, 8 adults and 4 under 18. The house was safe in a quiet neighborhood, easy to find, well stocked, clean, and spacious. The back room was so peaceful! The electricity went off in the neighborhood while there but this was no fault of the owner's, she was quick to respond and it wasn't off long. Grateful for a relaxing home to borrow for a few days! Plan to return again!

Family vacation
We loved our stay however , my husband and son were very disappointed. We booked this home as they both love playing pool. They were unable however to have a proper game. The room is too small for the billiard table even with the smaller cue sticks one can’t have a proper game . Perhaps it could be considered by the owners to switch the pool room with the TV area in the open kitchen sitting area. Lovely quiet neighbourhood.

Exactly as listed - beautiful property with nice amenities and perfect layout for large family. Kids loved their bunk bed room. Everyone enjoyed their stay. If we are ever back in Jacksonville, we will surely be back!

Annual College Friend Reunion
There were 7 of us in our party, all adults. We never felt cramped. This house has plenty of room where you can all have your own space to relax but also come together for games and such. The bedrooms were spacious as was the kitchen, which was fully stocked with all the dishes/pans/etc. we needed. The patio is GORGEOUS! Everything was perfectly cleaned upon arrival and our host left bottled waters and a few snacks in the basket which was a lovely touch. Host was very communicative, even calling a few days prior to remind me of the information she still needed (car and visitor info, I had forgotten). I can’t recommend this place enough. We were a short 30 minute drive to the heart of Jacksonville. The neighborhood is quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home- great house for larger family
The house was perfect for our family group of 10. The bunkroom was different and a great idea for younger teens. Unfortunately we breed Tall kids so they didnt fit in the bunks, but the back glass room was perfect for a slumber party instead. The kit hen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Plenty of towels and bedding and blankets also. The owner is very responsive and personable. The house was decorated beautifully for the holidays. The neighborhood is beautiful and very close to everything.
