“The house has a great location, directly on a very uncrowded beach. The views of the ocean from the upper floor were really spectacular. Two of the three bedrooms were on the first floor and therefore did not have beach views. The kitchen was stocked with basics, but could have used more kitchen towels (there was only one). “We were visiting family in the area so we were not at the house a lot but it was a nice place in a nice neighborhood. We had an issue with the shower and maintenance was there within hours to take care of it. Response from the management company was great.”

“This house couldn’t have been any better! We had 12 guys in a golf trip and rented the house right across the street as well. There was plenty of space, the pool spa was perfect to cool down or take a hot tub. The back table and grill area was used every night as well as the fire pit. Very short walk to a beautiful beach didn’t hurt either! If we visit St. Augustine again, we will be staying in the same house! Thanks!”
