Awesome house and location

Beach Retreat on the Fairway
This property was perfect for our family of nine which included six adults and three children ages 7 - 10. It is difficult to find a short-rental ideally suited to sleep families with children. The three-bed bedroom provided the three granddaughters their own beds. The girls completely enjoyed their bedroom with their own TV (which, as always, was closely monitored by adults). The other three bedrooms with king, queen, and two twin beds also provided just-right sleeping arrangements. Beds were comfortable. Gathering places were also comfortable. The remodeled open floor plan was well done. The kitchen was nice with relatively new appliances although fresh items in the refrigerator draws froze solid. The Grands really enjoyed the pool. Access to the pool was convenient; wet swimmers did not have to walk through the house for restrooms, etc. We had expected to spend 99.9% of our time in the pool/screened-in area. However, the table and chairs were too rickety for comfort, so all meals were taken inside. Also, the grill was out of gas. The owner suggested I remove the tank and exchange it, and she would reimburse me, but I felt that was not my responsibility. We went to plan-B. Perhaps a reimbursement is in order since the grill was not provided as advertised. The house has good curb appeal. However, upon arrival we found a motor home parked in the driveway. This was disconcerting as we didn’t know if previous renters were still there, if the cleaning crew was still inside

Good home for a good rate
Nice home with a decent sized pool. Plenty of TVs and space for everyone. Very affordable rate too. Could have been a little cleaner, but other than that it was an excellent stay. Property manager was very communicative and friendly

Great for family get together
Plenty of room for two+ families. Back porch and pool are totally screened in together. It was well appointed and a quick ride to the beach. They even had two mini fridges on the porch for extra drinks We would stay again. Heck I would buy it for my family. Just 2 notes. The golf course hole is really close in the back yard. You will have visitors in the yard all day and golf balls bouncing off the trees and screen. We just gathered up the good ones for ourselves and waved at the golfers. Also, bring bug spray. Without it we were unable to enjoy the back porch after dusk. We just went to Publix and bought some yard spray and coated the area every 4-6 hrs if we were outside. We had a good time and would return.

Great weekend getaway
House had some good amenities, good location, and nice to have our own pool. Backyard to the golf course was nice as well to drink a coffee and relax. Nice nighttime lighting at the pool. Fun outdoor area to hang out. Beds were comfortable, has everything you need including beach towels. One of the rocking chairs outside did break under my friend and was just thankful they were not hurt, but was just old and with the pool/rain/heat the wood was soft and rotting. Ran out of toilet paper too so had to buy some our own. Thanks again for a cute place to stay in such a wonderful location.

This home is beautiful and has a lot of space for you and your families to enjoy
This was my first house that I reserved and i reserved it for my 14 family members , we all were so happy and overwhelmed how much space this home has , and having a pool inside the home was a bonus, and the beaches were like 10 mins from us big time plus ! House was so welcoming ! The owner was so nice when I spoke to her about my concern ! Thank you so much for letting my family stay at your beautiful home again 🙏🏼

We had family from all over the world. Everyone enjoyed their time at the house.
There is a great diversity of spaces. The sheltered pool meant it could be used all day and no one was sun burned. The kitchen layout allowed for group cooking. We loved the house and our time there.

AIR B & BEWARE! DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!!
OMG- where do I begin? First of all, the pictures draw you in, but the place is nothing like that in reality. My husband talked to the owner, who lives out of town; and she stated you could park your RV and 8 cars in the drive way- WRONG! The owner’s RV is parked in the driveway so if I did bring my RV, it would not fit. The furniture on the website, is not the furniture you get when you rent this house. The chairs at the dining table and the bar are hard and metal, extremely uncomfortable and I could not sit in them. The owner’s brother brought me another chair from his home, but what about the other people in my family? We brought alcohol, we had to go to Dollar Tree to buy proper bar ware. The furniture throughout the house is old, and worn out, cleaning has a new definition in this house. Various things had stains and spots on them-the throw pillows, comforters, rug in the bathroom and family room. The inside could use a coat of paint, in EVERY room. The pool was nasty, the owner stated that the pool person had just left from cleaning it, but it was green, dirty and the pump was not on. My husband cleaned the pool. The grill was filthy. We called the owner and she sent her sister to clean it, but she did know how, so the sister called the brother. The brother changed the propane, but the grill WAS NOT cleaned. He told us we had to burn off the food and then we could use the grill. Needless to say, we did not use it. The oven was atrocious. The owner’s sister turned it on for self cleaning, which took several hours and it stunk up the whole house. For the first night we could not use the stove. We had to eat out and open all the doors to air out the house. Plus my sister-in-law had to clean the residue out the next morning. Lucky her! The screen enclosure for the pool was ripped and had green algae growing on it. It could use some pressure washing and plenty of TLC. My husband found 2 live lizards in the house, he threw them out. We opened up the refrigerator, and the bottom fell off. There are 3 bathrooms, no soap in either one of them. Most of the light bulbs in the master bedroom were blown. We had to go buy linens from Walmart for the beds because they were dingy, and had hair and stains on them. The pillows were flat and badly stained. (It’s REALLY time for some new ones.) There were no face clothes in the house, fortunately, my husband bought some dish clothes from home, and we used

This home is in a wonderful neighborhood on the golf course with a great nature walk close by, but that is the best part. There are many differing reviews on this house, and unfortunately the bad reviews are more reflective of the home's condition than the good reviews. When we arrived, the home was not clean. (Thank you to the owner and her mother that immediately responded and came over to clean). The home needs a very deep clean and also some immediate repairs to the kitchen cabinet under the sink and the hall bath skylight. There is mold on the shower curtains in the master bath and mold on the ceiling around the skylight in the hall bath. Some of the photos do not reflect the current furniture and condition. The pool area is also in need of a deep clean and the pool needs a face lift. We were disappointed and would not recommend this rental.

We had fun; pool needed care
We came to this property with multiple families and children ranging 6-13. There was plenty of space for everyone. My only real complaint is the pool. It was green and cloudy when we got there and only continued to get worse. By the last day I would not allow the kids to get into it because of the smell and condition. I was told someone came to change the pump but never saw anyone nor did the dogs indicate someone came. Pay attention to the dryer and make sure you use high heat (red star) or it won't dry anything. All in all though, great house, short drive to the beach and we enjoyed ourselves.

Great Location
The location is awesome. Easy to get to many places. The gas grill didn’t work the best and it would of been nice if there was dish towels and cloths to do dishes. There was definitely enough room for our 8 adults and 1 toddler.
