Al otro lado de la calle desde la playa y a 5 cuadras de las tiendas y restaurantes del centro, esta casa es perfecta para cualquiera que venga a disfrutar del sol y las olas en la playa de Jacksonville. La casa está equipada con todo, desde toallas hasta cuencos. Hay cuatro habitaciones, 3 de las cuales tienen camas queen y 1 de las cuales tiene 2 literas para los niños. La cocina de diseño abierto, la sala de estar, es ideal para ver el juego o simplemente pasar el rato en un día de verano. Hay un sofá gigante en forma de L que es ideal para tomar una siesta. El interior de la cabaña de troncos data de la década de 1920, pero los baños y la cocina se actualizaron en 2017.
Hay tres espacios de estacionamiento en 6th Ave. Sur frente a la casa, pero hay muchos estacionamientos en 7th Ave. y al otro lado de la calle en el parque.
Hasta ahora solo hay unas pocas críticas, pero tenemos muchas críticas excelentes para nuestros otros alquileres en la playa. (número de listado # 555045 y # 972423).

    You couldn’t ask for a better location than this! Just across the street to the beach. The house was great and the owners are wonderful! Unfortunately, my husband and I had to leave early but our son and his family stayed the rest of the week. They loved it. A lot of good restaurants and a grocery close by. The beach was never very crowded. Beach chairs and boogie boards were available at the house. The owner checked in to make sure everything was going well and had left some beautiful flowers to welcome us. The couch in the living room was so comfy. I think all 8 of us could fit on it. Would definitely stay there again.

    Location, location, location!
    As they say in real estate, this was a prime location with ample parking and cozy comforts. Right across from the beach such that you could walk barefoot across the street and steps from the beach. The house had a walkaround porch where guests could sit out and enjoy coffee in the morning or wine in the evening. The cozy couch is ample sleeping for 2 or 3 and there is plenty of seating everywhere. The bedrooms go on and on down the hallway with 3 bathrooms. There is a bbq grill out back with a picnik table. Everything we needed was present and stores and shopping are within biking distance. Hospitality is at its greatest on this gem! We all had a great time!

    Fantastic place
    I rented this location to be near where my daughter was getting married. It was a perfect place. it is very clean and love the decor. The back patio was nice to sit outside and chat while enjoying a drink. The manager was extremely quick on communicating with me when I had any questions. It is so close to the beach and they ended up getting married just across the street on the beach. Thank you Mary!

    This was the perfect place for my big family to stay and be steps away from the beach! The house was clean, had everything we needed and was so close to the beach. Check in was so easy, and both ladies were very nice! We will definitely stay here again and had the best vacation here!

    SORRY to say but it does need a some " TLC ".....DIFFERENT AND UNIQUE....A LOG CABIN INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR( even though the yellow siding covered most of the outside)...WOW.....DIFFERENT.....needs some shade for this time of year....hot,blazing sun isn't fun to sit in or play in....didn't want grandkids outside to long... brought a canopy for shade...a lot of traffic on the street(1st street) facing the ocean ( of course it was 4th JULY week).... GREAT LOCATION....everyone was ecstatic about that.... OVERALL GOOD STAY

    This would have been perfect but it had a musty smell and there are no screens on the windows to air it out. The air conditioning worked great though. And the kitchen was well appointed. Nice layout and comfortable beds.

    We had a wonderful 3 day stay! The weather did not cooperate but can’t fault anyone but Mother Nature for that! All needed necessities were available, home well taken care of and clean, excellent outside areas to sit and relax and so close to the beach!
