Great House
We had a really fun time at this house. The house was clean. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of sleeping for everyone. Beds were pretty comfortable as well. The pool was the favorite part of the vacation. Very quiet neighborhood. Communication with the property manager was very quick. Helped us with all of our questions. I would definitely rent this place again.

Perfect house for family
We love the house and the location. Lots of bedrooms that was nice for a family reunion. We loved the private pool just needed a good clean. The house is great but needs a little love, clean and a couple repairs. Overall I would say 4.5/5 full 5 with a little love 😉

Overview
We were unhappy about the pool lights not working, so we couldn’t swim in the evening. We request a maintenance representative to fix the light but no one ever came. Most of the doors in the house are extremely squeaky. Squeaky door made it hard to keep kids asleep. Mattresses were underwhelming. For the nightly rate we expected nicer mattresses.

Great family getaway!
We had a family reunion and rented several homes to accommodate us all. All were conveniently close to each other and had plenty of space and beds. Clean and well equipped. Will definitely book another stay!

Perfect for a Getaway
My adult brothers and brother-in-laws came to the St George area for a weekend of golf and relaxation. We couldn’t have found a better place! The property was immaculate. It came with more amenities than many other places I’ve stayed - including plenty of kitchen utensils. The pool and hot tub were as advertised. They worked perfectly and we quite enjoyed relaxing on the back patio and in the pool. The Wi-Fi worked great as well. I really have no negative feedback. We would definitely stay here again on future outings.

Golf getaway
This house was perfect for our needs. We had a golf tournament down in the area and after the rounds we came back for relaxation in the pool and hot tub. The house was clean and very comfy. Parking is probably the biggest complaint. So many neighbors with cars parked everywhere. Even had one park in the driveway to the rental.

Outstanding
Loved the place.. took the cousins (7 kids under 10) for a spring break get-a-way at the end of March. Condo was clean and had everything we could need. Pools were heated and it was great to have our own private pool this year too for easy evening swims and BBQ. Kids brought roller blades and rode around the sidewalks- very safe. Neighbors were quiet by 10pm (even the group of teenage boys next door). Condo is minutes from a really great Harmons grocery, Snow Canyon- hikes and Vokabel trails, and a Rec center with a great kids’ indoor pool (which we needed on the rainy days). We did have to check in about 30 minutes late bc cleaning wasn’t finished but we all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

It was a moment
My friends and I rented this place for 2 days and absolutely loved how spacious and clean it was. The ceilings were so high which makes the space feel even bigger. You can do lots of activities inside the house, games, play the switch that they provided, cook in their large kitchen full of supplies, and chill in their 10 seater sectional couches—which are found both in the living room and the 2nd living room upstairs. The pool is stunning with a hot tub attached to it. I would definitely book this again given the opportunity.

Great location
The location was great, and spacious for our extended family group. Loved that we had our own pool and access to the community pool! It was stocked well with towel and pool towels. The property could have been cleaner. Lots of dirt around the pool, carpets needed to be cleaned, and found some blankets that looked like they needed to be washed or thrown out.

We've stayed in Santa Clara 3x now. My only concern was when I called with a chirping smoke detector no one showed up, so we had to unplug it. No detergent to wash the towels, as was requested by management. I think another garbage can for a house that sleeps 26 would be helpful. All in all it was great for our family! Thank you

Amazing!
This was perfect for our group! It was spacious and perfect. The amenities from the pool to the games in the garage to the switch to the tvs to the firepit - all were just amazing! We wish we could have spent more days there - it was hard to leave!

Great Family Party Home
We had a wonderful experience staying in #62. Nice quality, well stocked, and easy check-in and check-out. Be aware that the 5 person bunk room is not great for adults. The tri-level bed doesn’t allow for enough headspace. It is very difficult to maneuver getting in and out and heads bump the bed above.

Great property with onsite pool for large families
The house was very spacious with many amenities including towels, kitchen utensils, some spices and pots/pans. Washer/dryer available. Pool was warm but the daily average was 104. We had 12 people ranging from 14-62. Everyone enjoyed the house, pool and ping pong tables.

Battle of the ANTS - Love the house, displeased with management response for maintenance.
This was our annual August girls trip to the St George area. We have been renting homes for over 15 years. This house would be on our top five for places to stay except for several issues that would put it on the WORST list because of management non response to issues that were not minor. The home is new so of course they are working out kinks, this is expected. And visiting the area at this time of year we are aware of spiders, roaches, flying bugs and ants but let me say in all of my 62 years I have never faced a more daunting challenge and furious combat with a colony of ants so determined to destroy a vacation in my life. We contacted the management company the first day to request some items missing from the house like dish soap, dish clothes, kitchen towels, and a full garbage can that smelled up the garage and at that time told them we had an ant problem which was excessive. Could they send someone over to do something about it. They said they would get back with us. They never did. So after waiting the four hours we called back and said could they send someone out to look at the problem. They said they would and never did. As women who all have battled ants before we set out to draw our swords…we clean floors, remove all food from the counters, rearranged pantries and snacks, washed all surfaces and continued to try to stop them. But those little buggers kept coming. They drew their battle lines…up the kitchen walls, filled the bottom of the dishwasher, drawers, cracks in the doorways, climbing out of the stove, and had suicide missions into our oatmeal and bacon grease as we cooked. They invaded every nook and cranny in the kitchen/seating area. We counted their attacks by vacuuming couches, cushions and rugs constantly. We stomped, dapped, poked and squished to no avail. Finally after returning from a night out watch 5 mothers spending three hours killing ants I wrote an angry plea for help email to the management company and you guessed it no response to-date. 4 days in I couldn’t stand watching my daughter’s cleaning house on their vacation not just the normal daily cleaning but continuously deep cleaning so I called again. I was frustrated by that point and requested the owners name of the home. UBVR said they didn’t have it and I would have to contact the manager on Monday. We did our best to conquer but feel we left defeated. So if you love to clean and if you want to do battle with ants this definitely is the house for you.
